My first time ever use storage service, they are helpful, friendly, professional.address all my questions and concerns. So I decided to use Make Space service right away.

Customer Service was impeccable! As long term customers, any payment issues (from a rare late fee, accidental overlock, etc.) were always resolved smoothly, professionally and kindly. This time, however, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Elsa, and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to make sure everything was clear, comfortable, and convenient. Her professionalism and friendliness completely changed my impression of the place. If anyone had a bad experience in the past, I can honestly say things have improved. Elsa is outstanding, and because of her, I would definitely recommend renting here. This place is run by the nicest managers, they give you their best deal. The place is clean and neat very well maintained. I once called them on the weekend left a voicemail and they called me back within minutes, you can’t ask for a better service!

The young lady at the front desk is very polite and kind. She will make sure you get the right size locker. The lockers are a good price very affordable, well kept and clean . I will return when needed. Great job! 😊
