My first time ever use storage service, they are helpful, friendly, professional.address all my questions and concerns. So I decided to use Make Space service right away.

Toni was our helper and she was very kind she even offered me a bottle of water. She also helped me with a new unit. Got much more room with the 10x15.

Customer Service was impeccable! As long term customers, any payment issues (from a rare late fee, accidental overlock, etc.) were always resolved smoothly, professionally and kindly. The grounds are 24/7 accessible, safe, clean and secure. I would definitely recommend and use Make Space Storage for any future storage needs. Thanks to everyone that works there. Great experience!

This time, however, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Elsa, and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to make sure everything was clear, comfortable, and convenient. Her professionalism and friendliness completely changed my impression of the place. If anyone had a bad experience in the past, I can honestly say things have improved. Elsa is outstanding, and because of her, I would definitely recommend renting here. The young lady at the front desk is very polite and kind. She will make sure you get the right size locker. The lockers are a good price very affordable, well kept and clean . I will return when needed. Great job! 😊

We rented a unit at Make Space two weeks ago and it was easy peasy. Elsa was cheerful and friendly despite working under significant pressure, and sorted us out nicely with a good deal. Highly recommended!
