Clean and dry. Access to smaller units could be better, hallway was a little narrow. I was told that my credit card would be used for the deposit. I wasn't told that they would also automatically bill for the first month on it so, when I got the invoice, I e-transferred the money. Since it was not my intention to pay the rent with my credit card, the payment had to be reversed.

Super easy set up and access. The keyless entry system is extremely handy and the hours are great. I had the manager reach out the day before and make sure everything was set up and ready to go. Went over a few tips and tricks with me and told me all about the facility. She made sure I had no questions and gave me her contact number in case we had any issues with our move-in on Sunday. great customer service!

Michelle is dynamite - she always made sure we were looked after when i needed extra units with short notice. The passcode / app system is really great too. Our deliveries are completed using a tilt-deck truck, meaning that we require a certain amount of space to drop off your container safely.
