Clean and dry. Access to smaller units could be better, hallway was a little narrow. I was told that my credit card would be used for the deposit. I wasn't told that they would also automatically bill for the first month on it so, when I got the invoice, I e-transferred the money. Since it was not my intention to pay the rent with my credit card, the payment had to be reversed.

I have been at make space in the hart before it was even make space. I have always felt my belongings were safe and secure. The office manager Michelle is so friendly and so efficient! Everytime I'm in there to pay she's always so polite and quick to dissolve anyone's issues or get them booked into a unit. Shes the reason ill never move to another storage company. There are many storage companies, but only make space has Michelle.

Make Space Storage is so convenient..The staff is so supportive and honestly they are so amazing and give you your privacy..They are always there for support over the phone but aren't always in your face to make you uncomfortable...I have never met them but I know they are there and that makes me feel safe and the gated community is also one of the best features ..The units all come with huge sliding garage doors and the bigger units also come with a door as well..We were able to fit and move around with a big moving truck for easy pickups and deliveries...I would recommend and I would come back..You guys are so great ♡
