Make Space Storage is so convenient..The staff is so supportive and honestly they are so amazing and give you your privacy..They are always there for support over the phone but aren't always in your face to make you uncomfortable...I have never met them but I know they are there and that makes me feel safe and the gated community is also one of the best features ..The units all come with huge sliding garage doors and the bigger units also come with a door as well..We were able to fit and move around with a big moving truck for easy pickups and deliveries...I would recommend and I would come back..You guys are so great ♡

Checking in was super easy on their website! I was able to find the unit that I wanted and pay for it online, just had to stop at the office to pick up my key. The selection of available units of all sizes was huge compared to all of the storage places in Nanaimo and the prices were way better! The app makes it easy to come in and out through the entry gate with Bluetooth right from your phone. I'm glad that I chose Make Space for my storage, very satisfied indeed.

Patrick, the manager at Make Space Storage, has been incredible since day one. He went above and beyond to support us through one of our hardest moves and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Even when we moved in on a day the office was closed, he made sure our unit was ready for us.
They even organized an event where storage renters could sell items, like a big garage sale — such an awesome touch! The facility itself is clean, secure, and super convenient with drive-up units that make unloading so much easier.
