Nice people and helpful

I have read some of the reviews on this facility and found the exact opposite of some of the negative reviews. I wonder if some of these people have not been keeping up with their payments. I dealt with a white haired gentleman who showed excellent customer service and these people are always willing to assist. One time I couldn't get my lock to open and they came right over to my unit and solved my problem. I pay by pre-authorized credit card and they keep my receipts on file that I can look at or take with me at any time. This place is also the cleanest and most secure storage facility I have been at over the years. I continue to rent from them and highly recommend them to you!

I was very happy with the service. We got a storage unit fairly quickly and easily. Dave was brilliant and very helpful. We later stored our RV there prior to selling it. I was very happy and would recommend to anyone looking for a safe, secure, reliable, clean and professionally run storage facility. Thank you again.

We needed a clean dry space for excess furniture between moves. This place was exactly what we wanted with easy access from the 417. Very clean and well managed. The team was great to deal with! Highly recommend this location.

Started using make a space storage in August of 2022. They have heated units which is nice. They also have paved grounds and boat storage as well. They make it very easy to check in and you get your own code to go in and out of the facility. There are lots of cameras and fully fenced yard. The boat storage area is covered. We eventually decided to move to a smaller unit. It was easy and painless to change. Two things I will mention that are negatives that I will mention is that they bill every 28 days not a calendar month and they do not have on site bathrooms available unless during office hours which is during the weekdays only. So make sure you go before you go! Other than those two issues, I think this place is great.

I dropped in today looking for storage, and Gisela was a great help. The place is clean, and I feel confident to store my personal items here.

We stored valuable family items for eight years here and were always confident of their security. The staff are personable, professional and show a great deal of care. During challenging family times, this was one aspect that we never had to worry about thanks to them.

These guys rock! We had a bit of a moving nightmare and really needed help to get through it... Carla and Troy really went the extra mile for us more than once, to support us and to make sure that we were properly taken care of in a challenging situation. We really appreciated the extra effort and super professionalism from them both as it really made the difference in our experience. The move in process was simple and thorough, all done remotely over the phone with a wonderful representative, Honey. I love how access in and out can be done through their app and the hours of operations suit my schedule perfectly. Thanks for everything!
