I had a very positive experience storing my things at the Make Space Webster Rd Kitchener location. The containers stored and protected my things very well. Gisela was wonderful! I rented 2 shipping containers for storage and one parking spot. Gisela was very helpful in assisting me on my visits to the site. I was also able to work a few days onsite, organizing and repacking my things, quite easily. I recommend Make Space!

I have had many storage units over the years and was referred to Make Space Storage. The access to the units is easy, they have a ramp for quick unloading as well as a loading dock if you have a large moving truck. Gisela is a pleasure to deal with. She responds quickly with any questions or concerns you have and always try’s to accommodate situations that arise. I cannot see me choosing another storage facility, this place is competitive for pricing, clean, secure and I’m not ever concerned about my belongings. I currently have two units, one to hold business supplies and the other for my personal. I definitely recommend Make Space Storage!

Great service would definitely rent here again it’s a great location

It was the new customer deals that got us to this location. Clean locker, lot appears secure. There was a little bit of an issue with the door (binding) but that was rectified once we spoke with the staff.

I am very happy with the units and security of the facility. Jason is amazing to deal with and always accommodates the needs of the customers. Would recommend 10 out of 10!!!

good storage place. but you can not buy supplies like boxes or tape there.

My experience was awsome..Cannot remember the name of the other lady.I think only there a couple days week.She was great.Think we spent time just talking after our busy was complete.Will recommend highly.

I have three storage units and they are all super clean and affordable. Denny and James are both super helpful and very kind. Highly recommend them.
