I was in a situation where I needed storage fast and something secure for my business. National KW on Webster Rd was the 3rd place I visited so must have been 3 times the charm! They met my every need, the facility is easy to get into easy to load/unload from my vehicle and love how they name the hallways after provinces and cities! Very friendly and helpful I'd highly recommend them in both business and personal!

There are three (3) loading bays for ease of loading/unloading. The manager Delia is very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew what size I needed immediately based on my description of what I am storing and took the time to show me several units to ensure I got the right size for my needs. Delia is very security oriented, so I feel my stuff is safe with her.

Pleasant staff

Very pleased with our experience here. We rented for 3 months while we renovated our basement and this was super handy to our home. The staff were very accommodating and helpful at every turn. Thank you for the great experience, we would recommend and return if needed.

I have had a great experience with Make Space Storage in Arnprior. I like the convenience and security features that they offer. Access 24/7 and an electronic gate system to gain access to my storage space were features that attracted me to Make Space.

The layout is logical, its easy to get to your space, the unit was clean and empty. There is room for moving trucks to get in and out easily. Its good.

I inquired about a space here. Which was immediately followed up by Jason who gave us a great deal and an amazing spot.. It was a little tricky to get a long trailer in so after a while, I inquired if there was a bigger spot Jason went above and beyond to appraise our needs.. it’s people like Jason and his excellent customer facing skills, his politeness and his willing to go above and beyond that will make this place a huge success. As a business owner myself, I take great pride in appraising of our clients needs and making sure they are well looked after and Jason does all this and more.. We are sadly pulling a trailer out to go to a permanent site, but I would thoroughly recommend this amazing space for storing what you need . Once again, thank you Jason. I had such a great experience with Patrick from Make Space! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He handled everything quickly and professionally. It’s rare these days to find a person that truly cares about helping but they absolutely do.
