Excellent storage facility, clean & well maintained individual access units with hight ceilings in all sizes. Easy access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, onsite manager Mon-Fri during business hours. Secure coded gate access. Reasonable rates for the local area market.

I required a storage unit in North Bay to hold my items while I was waiting for a rental house to become available. I live 7 hours away from North Bay and needed a unit to move into during a holiday long weekend. I tried several storage companies in the area, no one could deal with a rental without physically signing an agreement and completing the check-in process during a holiday. However, once I contacted Janet (Lakeshore Self Storage), she was able to deal with my situation over the phone and via email. I obtained a storage unit, gate passcode, payment method and move out instructions all via email. For someone far out of town, this experience was a game changer and made my rental process simple and convenient. The storage facility is modern, clean, and secure. I would hesitate to rent from Lakeshore Self Storage again.

The layout is logical, its easy to get to your space, the unit was clean and empty. There is room for moving trucks to get in and out easily. Its good.

Great staff,clean units and decent prices. They upgraded me from a 5x5 to a 5x10 for the same price. I reccomend them.
