I compared 3 different storage facilities, and I found Make Space the most convenient for my needs. I was inquiring online about the process to secure a unit and within minutes received a personal phone call from Gisela. I was able to book that day to see/figure out what size of storage unit I would need and with the help of Gisela, narrowed it down to the size I would require. The paperwork was very quick, and Gisela explained the contract and access in and out of the building thoroughly. The promotion they are offering was also an exceptionally good deal. The process of moving-in was super smooth, easy and quick, just like she mentioned! Gisela was very professional and knowledgeable of her job. Make Space is a very clean and accessible storage. I would definitely recommend to anyone. 10 STARS **********

Great price for the 3 months. The move in process was smooth. A little different than uhaul because most of the interaction wasn't face to face. But they have great access and great location. Clean kept space and all the move in equipment was provided.

I've been a renter here for many years on and off. So far the change of ownership to Make Space hasn't presented any problems or change of service. Great location off the highway, good service and solid help from on-site staff like Ryan the Manager. He's accommodating and very helpful in helping me store my things. Plus the new digital and wireless access is a massive bonus. It helps me feel more secure knowing the gate is always closed and access is limited to tenants only.

Recently we needed to rent a storage unit for my father in law and his wife as he suffered a debilitating stroke in December and lost their home due to their hospital stay and ongoing recovery. When I contacted Make Space Storage in Beaumont I spoke with a wonderful woman over the phone from the main call line who went over our needs and explained the price breakdown in excellent detail. We ended up booking a 10x10 drive up unit and had everything set up and ready to move stuff into incredibly fast. Upon moving stuff into the original unit we realized there was much less stuff than anticipated so walked to the office on site to inquire about downsizing to a 5x10 unit instead. The gentleman working in the office was very knowledgeable and showed us a 5x10 unit and did the switch for us instantly and efficiently. He also went above and beyond and located us our new unit as close to our original one as he could to assist us in switching over easier. The free app that is offered to use the gate for entry and exit was quick and simple to install and use on site as well so we didn’t have to deal with keypads or even extra times getting out of our vehicles in the cold. Highly recommend using this facility for your local storage needs.
