Clean and dry. Access to smaller units could be better, hallway was a little narrow. I was told that my credit card would be used for the deposit. I wasn't told that they would also automatically bill for the first month on it so, when I got the invoice, I e-transferred the money. Since it was not my intention to pay the rent with my credit card, the payment had to be reversed.

Susan M is the best customer service person I have ever dealt with in all my years of using storage in Toronto and other places such as Trenton. We found ourselves in a bind and needed half of our home's contents put into storage. TSS was the first available. Staff worked with us to find the right size unit for our needs at a reasonable rate. They explained their intake process, which was clear and concise. The units themselves are in great condition, well lit, and secure. Even when I (quite mistakenly) failed to give notice about clearing out our unit, the staff were so kind and understanding. Thanks very much, TSS!

Staff here is amazing!..Friendly and helped get us a better deal in person based on our needs than was offered online. Facility is CLEAN, NO issues w rodents or bugs. We've used a couple of different companies over the years and Vaultra has by far been the best. Used them twice now and highly recommend them.

Great experience! The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is because when I arrived the first time there, they were reorganizing and moving lockers around in the new area and none of the lockers had numbers on them, so it was very difficult to navigate and find my locker. I was thankfully able to find it on my own. Other than that, a wonderful place and would highly recommend for your storage needs!
