Récemment construit, très propre et accessible! Beaucoup de choix de grandeurs. Ascenseur de dimensions suffisantes pour les locaux du deuxième étage. Les entrés sont contrôlés par codes numériques. Facturation simple par internet (cartes de crédit) ou virements Interac. Les unités sont éclairés Les prix sont compétitifs. Merci à Yannick, le responsable de l'établissement St-Félix-de-Valois, très disponible. J'ai eu une bonne expérience pour un déménagement récent! Je recommande!

I used their service for over a year and it was very good. The couple of times I called or emailed them, they were very polite and attentive. The storage had a good size and we never had any issue. Just a couple of days ago that I mentioned I needed to leave the space because of a personal emergency, they were very nice and had a great communication. I would use this service again!

Property is kept tidy, storage unit seems secure. If you aren't always able to answer a phone call you are better to call them rather than use the online form to reserve a unit, but it only took one call and about 10 min to get a unit and set up payment over the phone.

We used a shipping container (dropped and picked up from our home), a heated unit, a regular unit, and a trailer spot. The units and grounds are clean, secure, and convenient to access. I have no experience with self storage facilities but this one delivered everything it promised. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The facility was clean and well run and last but not least the price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend it.
