I recently finished a unit rental at the Cameron location. The pricing, security and accessibility of my unit was great. I cannot rave enough about the wonderful customer service my partner and I received from Ed. Every roadblock I had stumbled upon during my time there, he worked with me to figure things out and made the entirety of my experience stress-free. We all have our stressors and daily challenges, but excellent customer service can really turn your day around. He did that with every interaction we had and I am greatly appreciative of that. Thank you so much for always ensuring I have a great experience Ed! Will absolutely be recommending Make Space to others who are seeking storage.

Great storage facility with friendly and helpful staff!

Easy registration and monthly auto payment. Plenty of room to park my travel trailer. The secure keypad access is great. I was offered a monthly promotional discount when I registered.

Have a couple of units at Make Space in Carleton Place. They have been great to deal with, always friendly. The facility is well maintained and accessible. Make Space will surely solve your storage needs.

Clean, spacious units, and courteous staff. Scot Harris at the Regina location is personable and professional, and although I have not met Ashish Gupta (at the White City location) in person, he has been cordial on the phone and in emails. It would be great if the location were closer to city bus routes. Other than that and the upcoming rental increase, I have been happy overall renting a unit at Make Space Storage.

Make Space Storage in Ottawa, Canada, has very friendly customer service at a good price for storage rental units.

This was a very easy process and the staff I dealt with were extremely accommodating. The locker was clean and had zero issues in the 3 months of storing my items. Highly recommend.
