You won’t find a more supportive team as this, who will go the extra mile for their customers. Unknown to us, our automatic payment was suspended due to credit card fraud while we were out of country for the winter. They could have easily sold the contents in our storage unit but instead they actually went to the trouble to drive out to our neighbourhood and track us down to let us know. How good is that ???

Very convenient and affordable storage solutions. We downsized from a shop to 3 Sea Cans with Make Space Storage and cut some major overhead in our business. They allowed us to rent 1 and park it at a different site for our routes convenience. Hemang is always available and gives us the best service. The storage unit was set up nicely to be able to stack boxes and small stuff easily and enough room for bigger pieces. Tim, the manager was very professional and helpful, which made the biggest difference.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. We were looking for a place to store some estate items and I came upon this place. I’m not from the area. These folks have been so helpful, from the simple things like packing supplies needed to pack up the house, including boxes and tape, to the storage units themselves: they’re super clean and I’ve noticed things like pest control in the area, which I appreciated. But even better than that, the folks that I’ve dealt with have been absolutely amazing and just so helpful. If you need storage in the area, I highly recommend visiting and chatting with these folks to figure out what will best suit your needs. They’re just absolutely kind and wonderful people and it’s been a pleasure to deal with them while we’re dealing with some hard things.

Cherryl was very helpful today - I was able to confirm information about my storage locker in CP. She was exceptionally pleasant as well as helping me with my service request.

Spoke with Suzie who provided recommendations and costing. Great customer service and looking forward to using their premises starting April.
