If I could give them 10 stars I would! David (manager) is AMAZING! So understanding and willing to work with you. Units and grounds are nice and tidy. I won't use any other storage facility. Definitely worth the extra drive from Nanaimo!

Absolutely the best decision I made prior to a major move ! Professional, personable staff, as well as a clean, climate controlled, secure premise. All of which, contributed to a confidence while dealing with some extenuating circumstances. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

I have been storing with Trenton Self Storage for 5 years now, and I have never had problems with them. The facility is clean, secure, and the pricing has always been fair. I know I dont need to worry about my belongings. Susan is an amazing customer support person, and dealing with her over the years has been like catching up with a great friend.

The staff specifically, Patrick all get a five star in my books. The facility is very clean, easy to use keypad entry into the facility and out very secure. They were able to assist us with a flawless and easy transition between units making sure that the customer experience was always a priority.

I had such a great experience with Patrick from Make Space! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. He was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. He handled everything quickly and professionally. It’s rare these days to find a person that truly cares about helping but they absolutely do.

I have had this storage for about a year now and I really like how easy it is to access. I love how large the facility is. I like that it is inside and heated! And I got one of the smaller units yet it fits so much. The service has always been so helpful and very nice. Also very accommodating. No issues whatsoever I am really glad I chose this storage facility.

I've been a customer at Make Space for about 18months. Until just a few months ago when there was a change in staffing, I had always found the facilities spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, since the changed in staffing, I have yet to find the restrooms fully stocked with tissue and Clean. I've visited on consecutive days and found the same shoeprint on a toilet bowl. That tells me that nobody either checked it in two days or deemed it something that should be cleaned. Otherwise, the rest of the facility is still Very clean. Billing happens on schedule and for the correct amount. I've rarely found it 'busy' & always found carts available. The elevators are clean and work as one would expect, well. When I've spoken to staff, they've been helpful. I'd encourage staff to make a greater effort to keep the restrooms stocked and clean.

I have been renting storage at MSS Fremont for over a year now and I have no complaints. The facility is top notch, security is excellent. 5 star all the way.
