Up date: Dave did finally contact us after we post this. I read this reply and I would like to answer the reply Dave had admit during the phone call it this has been a real problem and once again the door was left open and he closed it today. If this is for people to get pallets for their units then this should be totally closed off to the inside of the building so this issue that keeps reoccurring doesn't affect all other units inside this building. So if this was done then there would be no continuous issue's because it has been corrected . I understand Dave had an issue that he was dealing with but we had called both the main line as well as the cell and left messages yet there was no response so my question is the facility being monitored on Dave's absence as well as phone calls being returned during his absence. I understand that our units are open to all and whatever storage we put in there besides a vehicle is at our risk. That being said at least if the doors that don't have tenants yet are kept closed and locked by the facility till they are rented then they would not be open to the public, the renters would have security and the weather and especially now the snow is coming after all that's why we have our vehicles in these units to keep them out of the weather wouldn't get into the building. Also all of us that are renting the units in that building would at least know if somebody was sadly tampering with other people's vehicles the list would be small because it's only those tenants in that unit that have access. So in closing I hope this answer to the reply. On Sunday October 15th we went out to our storage unit to put two brand new windows in our unit. Upon opening up our storage unit we seen light and noticed that the storage unit on the corner at the back was open exposing our unit. We closed that unit's door and put the latch in the lock position. We contacted Dave On the office line and sent to his cell the photographs on Monday with our concerns asking to have these units that are not rented beside us to have locks on them to protect our iteams. Fast forward to Friday night and Dave has not called us at all not even responded to anything we said which is truly sad. We've had some issues with Dave on over billing and he has been sadly slow to respond which is a sad reflection on his part. All we ask of was to Dave to lock the units that are not rented beside us to help secure our items and with no response all week tells me sadly Dave doesn't care

From the first welcome, the friendly, thorough and helpful service is unbelievable. Ms. Gisale was quick to respond to my questions and provided an incredibly diligent service. I'm sure I chose the right storage space and I'm very happy. Thank you.

Perfect location and easy access. The administration is very helpful and curtious.

Jason was super friendly and prompt to assist. I needed a unit on a time crunch and I left fully setup with one 20 minutes later, that perfectly fit my needs. Will be using them for all storage needs in the future!
