We rented our storage unit for about 8 months while our home was being built, getting everything set up was such an easy process! We communicated with Greg mostly who was always so friendly and made every interaction an absolute delight! We first started out with a smaller unit because our expectations of just how much stuff we owned was very unrealistic, one quick call to Greg and we were moved into a more size appropriate unit only days later! We never had any issues with our unit, and felt more than confident about the overall security and wellbeing of our belongings ❤️ Will definitely use again if needed in the future and highly recommend!

We have 2 rental units and 2 parking spaces with Make Space Storage Grimsby. The friendly staff have always been very helpful in getting us what we needed and when we need it. They also follow up on a request which we appreciate. I feel comfortable that the space is monitored 24/7. If you are looking for a variety of storage options, Make Space Storage Grimsby is the place to turn to!

I have dealt both with Mathew and Jackson and they both are extremely helpful. We needed extra storage because my son was moving and it was so convenient to get a unit si quickly and at a sale price! I would highly recommend storing your stuff with them! Keep up the great job guys 👍

Hemang is an excellent manager! It was my first time renting a parking space, and he explained everything in great detail and with so much patience. The location is great and very spacious — the ground is flat, which makes parking super easy. Highly recommended!
