We found ourselves in a bind and needed half of our home's contents put into storage. TSS was the first available. Staff worked with us to find the right size unit for our needs at a reasonable rate. They explained their intake process, which was clear and concise. The units themselves are in great condition, well lit, and secure. Even when I (quite mistakenly) failed to give notice about clearing out our unit, the staff were so kind and understanding. Thanks very much, TSS!

Super impressed with Make Space Storage in Cochrane. We needed space for belongings while our basement is being developed. Jason was fantastic in answering all of my questions and got us all set up with no problems! Highly recommend!

It was reasonable in price easy to get in. Like the code getting in. Just needed help with the door it was getting stuck.

I rented a 20 foot container for a year. The delivery process was easy and the company was great to deal with. The manager communicated well throughout. Pick up was smooth. No issues at all. I would rent from Make Space again.

I absolutely can not express enough thanks for the level of accommodation and customer service I have received from Ron and Stephanie in Blackfalds. They are a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service is really sub par. The compound is exceptionally well taken care of, clean and safe. They helped me solve a power issue that they could have simply just told me sorry we cant help you, and they did it in a way that was fair to all. Thank you for looking out for your clients and going over and above for me. I am very thankful. Like, I dont think they even realize how thankful I am! Its not everyday you come across a business run this way anymore and I hope it never changes.
