I had an amazing experience at Make Space Storage. The office staff—especially the lovely lady working at the front desk—was incredibly helpful and kind. I had made an error with my unit booking, and she went above and beyond to help me fix my own mistake without making me feel bad about it. That kind of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and clearly secure. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. If you're looking for reliable self-storage, with friendly, supportive staff and a clean, organized facility, I highly recommend Make Space Storage. Once I met Michelle Urch the facility manager I knew I was at the right place to get my storage spaces. Michelle understood our needs and delivered with seamless service. I came in just planning to store a few boxes… and somehow left feeling like I had just experienced the Disney World of storage facilities. The reason? An employee named Patrick. Patrick greeted me like I was a long-lost friend. Within minutes he had me laughing, showing me around, and explaining storage unit sizes like it was the Storage Olympics. I immediately trusted him with all my worldly possessions. Patrick somehow managed to find me the perfect unit while making the process painless. Honestly, if every business had a Patrick, the world would run smoother and we'd all have perfectly organized garages. 10/10 storage experience. My boxes are safe, my clutter is contained, and Patrick deserves a raise… or at least a cape. 🦸‍♂️📦

Its a great place to store your stuff. The units are a good size. Staff are nice and its well protected with a gate and cameras so your stuff is safe. Been with them since March and have had no issues.

Great storage units and awesome prices

I have recently rented a unit from Vaultra in Grimsby. The new owners and staff are beyond INCREDIBLE!!! They not only exceeded my expectations but have shown me the real reason I live in a small town. The personal attention to detail and my needs were incredible. They go above and beyond to help someone out! That and the cleanliness of the unit were wonderful! The 24 hour coded access was an additional perk of renting the unit! I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to speak with them and use their facilities!
