I have read some of the reviews on this facility and found the exact opposite of some of the negative reviews. I wonder if some of these people have not been keeping up with their payments. I dealt with a white haired gentleman who showed excellent customer service and these people are always willing to assist. One time I couldn't get my lock to open and they came right over to my unit and solved my problem. I pay by pre-authorized credit card and they keep my receipts on file that I can look at or take with me at any time. This place is also the cleanest and most secure storage facility I have been at over the years. I continue to rent from them and highly recommend them to you!

As a long time customer of Arnprior Mini Storage, now Make Space Storage, I have appreciated for years the thoughtful, concerned and professional attention given by Tamara Devlin to me and to my Family as we placed our treasured items in the care of the Facility. Expectations were always clear though personal Friendly and helpful individual consideration was always given. I would recommend this Facility to anyone needing personalized dependable storage for their special belongings.

We received excellent service with Make Space in Grimsby. Excellent customer service from Rita every step of the way. The container was shipped when requested door to door with no issues. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies in the area. Would highly recommend checking them out if you are moving.

My experience with the manager has been terrific, Jason Stenzel is very helpful in making all the arrangements to get a person setup , as well as being very professional in his work.
