Staff is always friendly and prices are amazing! (Almost half the price of the competition) Have used the storage services here twice in the last 2 years, highly recommend them!

Super clean great rates friendly staff

Excellent people and excellent service coupled with very good, clean storage containers! They exceeded my expectations. Steel doors that seal to the floor with entrance and egress at both ends of the unit. Mouse free environment which was very important to me to store my car for 2 and a half months this summer(2020). They even pro rated my last month because I only needed 3 weeks of it. Nice! Highly recommend!

If I could give them 10 stars I would! David (manager) is AMAZING! So understanding and willing to work with you. Units and grounds are nice and tidy. I won't use any other storage facility. Definitely worth the extra drive from Nanaimo!

What we thought would be a short between selling our home and moving into a new one ended up being a year! Our inside Units at Make Space were clean and dry with excellent security and 24hr access. The staff are friendly and professional.

I have a 30' motorhome parked with makespace storage . Great value. And the free month offer was great . Pay for one month get two . That's really helped juring winter when I was stuck with no where to park it , after my other storage unit closed for business. Also a simple mistake was made as billing falls every 28 days I thought it was the same date every month, my mistake. But they seem my error and allowed no late charges and fixed the outstanding balance free of charge . So overall . Great place for your belongings . And great customer service, And also enjoy the , Bluetooth feature When entering the yard . It recognizes your phone and opens the gate . Pretty convenient with a big motorhome. I'll continue to use this service as it's affordable and reliable. Thanks 🙏 make space storage 👊

When needing short term R V storage this summer, I chose Make Space and was pleased with my decision. Attentive customer service and security for my RV was a priority and the facility manager Hemang did a great job. Definitely give them a try.

I stopped by yesterday to rent a space, and while it's easy to do online, the experience in person was great. One of the biggest influences on choosing Make Space were all of the positive reviews about Patrick, who did not disappoint. I appreciated the clean, open layout of the office where I could browse moving supplies, and the obvious ease of the space as a Purolator option. Patrick was very helpful and personable, and personally took me to view a unit to make sure it was what I needed/wanted. I was impressed with how clean the facility was. Make Space is a little more expensive than the local competitors (I even turned down my Costco discount) but I just feel better about extending my home's square footage at this location.
