I have to say from the start my experience dealing with James and Greg at making space storage in Winnipeg has been a good one .If I had any issues or questions They got it fixed up right away .They are very courteous .I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend if someone was looking for storage

Excellent Customer Service & Reliable Outdoor RV Storage I have stored my RV with Make It Space Storage for two years now, utilizing their outdoor storage facility, and overall, I'm very happy with my experience. The facility itself is reliable and secure for long-term storage. However, I did run into a recurring issue with my billing: almost every month, my fee was incorrect, usually due to a problem applying my original discount. This could have been incredibly frustrating, but thankfully, their manager Eddie consistently handled the situation. Eddie was always prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Every time I emailed, he quickly resolved the error and ensured the proper rate was applied. The true test of their customer service came from the fact that they never once questioned or removed my original, long-term discount. They are honoring that price for the entire length of my time with Make it Space Storage which demonstrates fantastic commitment to their customers. Despite the minor billing hiccups, the fact that it was always fixed promptly, and the management honoring my original agreement, is what earns them five stars. That is great customer service!

I came in just planning to store a few boxes… and somehow left feeling like I had just experienced the Disney World of storage facilities. The reason? An employee named Patrick. Patrick greeted me like I was a long-lost friend. Within minutes he had me laughing, showing me around, and explaining storage unit sizes like it was the Storage Olympics. I immediately trusted him with all my worldly possessions. Patrick somehow managed to find me the perfect unit while making the process painless. Honestly, if every business had a Patrick, the world would run smoother and we'd all have perfectly organized garages. 10/10 storage experience. My boxes are safe, my clutter is contained, and Patrick deserves a raise… or at least a cape. 🦸‍♂️📦
