It was a rush move and I was very happy with the bin and the service. Receptionist seemed a little on the angry side and they forgot the lock I ordered.. but hey..we all have bad days and I looked passed that. 5 star all the way though

I had an absolutely fantastic experience here, and a huge part of that was thanks to Cory (I’m pretty sure that was his name!). He was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in and made the entire transaction completely seamless, fast, and stress-free. ​What I appreciated most was how thorough he was—he took the extra time to clearly explain all the payment options, walked me through each step of the process, and made sure I understood exactly how everything worked. It is rare to find that level of genuine customer service these days. I left feeling super satisfied and confident with my experience. Highly recommend working with him!👍👍👍

We enjoy the access to the facility through the app. It makes it very easy to get in and out, and always feels secure. The only problem we have had is we did not get the full 12 week advertised promotional rate when we first booked the spot. For some reason we only received 8 weeks at promotional rate, and were told there was nothing they could do about it. Other than that, they are friendly and it suits our needs, as it is close to home.
