Great facility to deal with. Friendly staff and helpful with all our needs.

Family-run business, very friendly and helpful! The lot is clean and secure; I was able to store my belonging for a 3.5 month period without the pressure of being locked in to a contract. The pricing was very reasonable and fair-- I would definitely recommend or use again!!!

Excellent storage facilities. I had an indoor climate control locker and really appreciated this when storing my pictures and paintings. A very clean facility. Well secured also. I want to thank Jackson for all his help and maintaining the site in Perth. I have recommended this facility with a wide range of storage lockers to others in Perth Michael.

Great delivery and super accommodating with regards to location

I rented a locker when I first moved to this end of town for a couple of years and they were really good then. And now that I have a lot of stuff that I needed to move into a locker they were very, very helpful again. They had a really good deal at the beginning of the year which I was able to take advantage of. Ryan who manages the office is very good at what he does and covers all the bases. It’s not that expensive and you have many options for what kind of locker and size you like. You can reserve your locker through a central office and they got my email wrong, which made a bit of a mess of things but again Ryan was able to easily sort it out. Highly recommend!!

Nothing but a positive experience! Clean, secure, well maintained. Fast and easy check in, lots of different size options. Patrick was great! Offered his number 24/7 if I need anything. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work and great customer service!

Prompt, pleasant, Clean unit!

Having been with them for just over a year now, I can confidently say that the units are very clean and provide easy access. I've never encountered any dampness issues, which is a big plus for me. Moreover, I must commend the assistance I've received from the fella residing at the trailer. His support has been invaluable throughout my stay. Although I've experienced two rent increases, I still find the rent to be reasonable. Overall, my experience has been positive, and I look forward to continuing my stay.

Just be very careful with this storage company, especially when you want to rent locker for a few years. They are used to taking advantages on customers. During last few years, they increased price a few times, never noticed customer early enough, didn’t have enough time to move out. I considered to move out recently bcz of more and more expensive storage fee. I called them a couple of time and they said “whenever you want to move out, just let us know, we will close it”. When I moved out everything and returned fob to front desk, the front desk guy said “we will be sending you closing invoice shortly”. I prepaid for 6 months and get 7th free. But he didn’t mention locker fee I had paid is still good for 3 more months, I didn’t realize I wouldn’t get any refund. After 1.5 days, I haven’t got my closing invoice as the guy promised. So I called the office. there is no so called “closing invoice”. I wouldn’t get any refund, money I paid good for 3 more months though. And I can’t move back my stuff to locker. , the way the lady talked to me was very aggressive. I was in office. she was pretty loud. I had to remind her to calm down and listen to my talking too. owner confirmed can transfer balance of funds to someone celse. that's nice!

This is the company you want if you're looking for storage solutions. We are 100% happy, having dealt with this company for over a year now. They have been flexible and understanding during our house build outside the city. Communication has been clear and responses immediate. Billing has been accurate and consistent. A clear customer focus which is rarely seen today. Highly recommended.
