Customer Service was impeccable! As long term customers, any payment issues (from a rare late fee, accidental overlock, etc.) were always resolved smoothly, professionally and kindly. I have been a customer for over two years and find the storage location very convenient. Last winter I thought “Oh No” I will not be able to get to my unit for all the snow but found access was always plowed. I like I can simply enter my access code and drive up to my unit and pick things up or drop them off without having to carry them through an access hallway - very convenient.

I had a wonderful experience with Van Isle Containers. The container was absolutely waterproof- everything was well protected and not a drop of moisture penetrated. The staff were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They delivered it using a crane to a smallish parking lot behind my building and I was very impressed by their skill in handling it on both the receiving and removal dates. I highly recommend them.

We used a shipping container (dropped and picked up from our home), a heated unit, a regular unit, and a trailer spot. The units and grounds are clean, secure, and convenient to access.
