I needed storage for a couple of months between houses. Austin & Kaitlyn were very helpful & pleasant people who went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable with the security & the cleanliness of the unit. So I used the service to organize my home or condo unit before listing, I booked the 12 ft container. It was enough for my purpose. The driver was great in calling me he had arrived and I contacted the concierge to open the loading area door. He was perfect in placing the container in the area. He then arrived on time to pick up the container. He was patient and nice. I saw the truck leaving the container and picking up the container. It was a magical day for me. Thank you.

J’ai été satisfait du service, la journée qui j’ai été portée mais chose mon entrepôt était bâtiment:A et monte-charge ne fonctionnait pas, malgré qu’on était un dimanche j'ai appelé au numéro puis la personne m’a répondu et il a régler le problème en me changeant de bâtiment pour le B. Je recommande les entrepôt Make Space

for the price the cleanliness and the wonderful staff it’s worth the extra drive to Sooke and as I said I don’t think there’s a better priced Storage anywhere for their heated 10 x 20 lockers. We just gave notice on ours and if we need Storage again, it will definitely be out in Sooke with this company.
