Heather @ the 1st Avenue location went absolutely above and beyond for me!! On the day of my move, I found out my booking had expired for a unit in the Hart. I had a moving truck scheduled to drop off items at storage, Heather found me a unit at her location! Not only did she get my storage unit ready, but went back into work 3 hours after closing to let the moving truck in and lock up after they left. I’m so grateful for all Heather did, and with a smile on her face! Thank you Heather, for such exceptional customer service, and getting me out of a stressful situation!!

What a great experience we have had so far with this location , we have been with them since they have opened in Cochrane and the staff ( Jason) is always friendly...they even know us by name when we walk in ..how's that for great customer service

Great experience,needed ASAP due to accident. Delivered as quoted,very reasonable price.Very clean unit.When I called for pickup I was advised there was a holiday that week,and they were booked. Next this customer service individual noted that the next payment would be due the next week but if someone cancelled or they could fit in the pickup they would try. Some companies might have waited and taken the extra payment. They did not.Bin was picked 3 business days later, before the next billing.

I rented from make space storage for several months and they were pretty good. I didn’t like the price being raised on me within my first number of months, I would think that would happen after a year but either way. I really can’t complain. It was everything it is advertised to be. Easy access storage and relatively affordable. I’d rent again from them if I needed storage space. Nice folks
