Very clean and secure facility!

Trenton Self Storage is an excellent, secure facility. We have stored things there for almost two years and have recommended it to many friends since! Susan, the manager is very professional and friendly. She often goes above and beyond in terms offering help with organizing our space or logistics when we need to move large pieces. We will continue to store things there and recommend it to others! 5 Stars for sure!

This is our second experience with a storage facility in Calgary in the past few years and my husband and I are very happy with Make Space Storage. It is clean, orderly and the on site office Manager, Hemang, is great to deal with. He is friendly, well organized and truly interested in excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: This whole situation was a misunderstanding (someone else moved into the unit that I cancelled) and the place honestly took ownership, called me, trained new staff, and did what they had to do. I recommend this place if you are looking to support Canadian owned and operated businesses. I wanted use this service to support a Canadian owned and operated business but there were too many issues. I want to point out that the person working at the location seems to be a nice and helpful person. First issue, I got an email when I rented the unit online that the office is open until 5PM on Saturday. In reality, they closed at 1PM which was a big problem for me at the time since I could not get the key to unlock the unit. Second, I came in on Tuesday, October 6, to explain the situation and asked for a refund since I never got there key to unlock the unit and had to go with another service. The person working there assured me it'll be taken care of. I never got refunded and I was actually charged the next month. When I called them, they said that they do not see a move out date or any info about my request for a refund. I explained that I never got the keys to unlock the unit and asked them to cancel/refund a month ago in person. They said they'll look into it again. I get an email a few days later letting me know that the unit that I rented was full and I need move my stuff out? I explained that I never used the unit, never unlocked it or got my keys. I only got replies that I should move my stuff out and pay my due rent so I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Still waiting to see how this turns out.

I highly recommend Make Space storage! I own a local moving company (grizzly moving) and have been in tons of different storage facilities across western Canada. Make Space is as good as it gets! They have CLEAN, HEATED storage lockers that are extremely convenient drive up units. Make space is also very secure, with tall fencing and a gated entrance. The manager Jason is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with! I would highly recommend Make Space storage to anyone for short term and long term storage!! -Joel Grizzly moving & transport.
