Staff is friendly and helpful. Facility is fenced, gated, clean and well organized. Lots of room to maneuver vehicles.

So quick, easy and efficient. All online. And within minutes you get access to your space. Perfect for us last minute impulse, and purge and clean and stage the house!!!

Seamless and friendly service

Patrick & his mon helped me from start to finish... Moving from a house in Toronto to an apartment in St Catharines and in need of a storage unit; Patrick was patient, hassle free and didn't call me 30 million times like other storage companies do... I appreciate everything that they've done for, especially last minute and I'd stay with them if I lived in Grimsby My current unit in St Catharines is definitely not as clean or less expensive as Make Space Highly Recommend

Rental fees were certainly competitive, but upon moving out of the 40' unit ( approx. 18 mo.), most of my furniture had a strong mildew odor, and found water leaking from the roof had damaged several other pieces. Not sure I would choose to store there again, but if so, would prioritize properly sealing everything of value.

I have been storing my belongings here for almost 4 years, and I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Christopher. Throughout all this time, he has consistently been extremely helpful, efficient, and always willing to assist. He has helped me with several matters, always with patience, kindness, and a level of professionalism that is rare to find nowadays. At one point, I even considered moving my storage to a facility closer to my home. However, Christopher’s excellent service and genuine care for customers made me decide to stay. His dedication, courtesy, and professionalism truly make a difference. I highly recommend this storage facility, especially because of the exceptional service he provides
