Great place for storing some of my stuff. Friendly staff, and quick and easy access to storage space.

Hemang is the manager and he is fantastic. He is responsive, welcoming, easy-going and just an overall nice guy. He answered my questions with ease, showed me where to park my tent trailer, walked me through the paperwork, and he even offered to help me get it unhitched and stored properly. I highly recommend Make Space Calgary and Hemang.

They took real care of my stuff and actually added insurance to my unit so if anything happened it would be covered. Would suggest them to anyone to use.

Although I didn’t get an email with my code, I called and they were easy to deal with.

The whole process takes about 30 minutes. We showed up on a Saturday at about 1:00pm and the door was locked (they close at 1:00pm on Saturday)…..but the gentleman let us in. The lady on the counter walked us through the process, explaining the hours of entry, taking copies of our ID, giving us bundle options etc. (like I said, about half an hour). We picked our location and the man went out and got the unit ready for us (swept clean, made sure the light worked), then took us to the unit for our inspection and last minute instructions. Both employees were extremely helpful and patient and we didn’t feel rushed, or that we “inconvenienced “ them in any way. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Make Space has been a go to for storage for the past few years. As of this year, They’ve gone above and beyond to assist in anyway possible when facing a financial burden and risking the loss of our unit. We are appreciative for one representative in particular. This would be Austin, who has been working with us right from the beginning and has been understanding and easy going since day one!
