I have a storage locker here it's heated and well lit! Easy access. Gate with a key pad. Check with the manager for availability!! Haven't had any issues!

The staff was very helpful and professional when setting up my storage rental space. It is a great, customer friendly system for entry into the secured lot to access my unit. Excellent Customer Service & Reliable Outdoor RV Storage I have stored my RV with Make It Space Storage for two years now, utilizing their outdoor storage facility, and overall, I'm very happy with my experience. The facility itself is reliable and secure for long-term storage. However, I did run into a recurring issue with my billing: almost every month, my fee was incorrect, usually due to a problem applying my original discount. This could have been incredibly frustrating, but thankfully, their manager Eddie consistently handled the situation. Eddie was always prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Every time I emailed, he quickly resolved the error and ensured the proper rate was applied. The true test of their customer service came from the fact that they never once questioned or removed my original, long-term discount. They are honoring that price for the entire length of my time with Make it Space Storage which demonstrates fantastic commitment to their customers. Despite the minor billing hiccups, the fact that it was always fixed promptly, and the management honoring my original agreement, is what earns them five stars. That is great customer service!

This storage facility was just great. Close to where I was moving to, accessible and secure. Michelle was professional and always helpful with all of my queries. A seamless moving experience!

Great experience! The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars is because when I arrived the first time there, they were reorganizing and moving lockers around in the new area and none of the lockers had numbers on them, so it was very difficult to navigate and find my locker. I was thankfully able to find it on my own. Other than that, a wonderful place and would highly recommend for your storage needs!

Experience has been absolutely fantastic and amazing! The manager, Chris, has been incredible to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. I can’t recommend this storage facility enough!

Top of the line facilities surpassed only by their staff. Can't ask for more.
