Heather @ the 1st Avenue location went absolutely above and beyond for me!! On the day of my move, I found out my booking had expired for a unit in the Hart. I had a moving truck scheduled to drop off items at storage, Heather found me a unit at her location! Not only did she get my storage unit ready, but went back into work 3 hours after closing to let the moving truck in and lock up after they left. I’m so grateful for all Heather did, and with a smile on her face! Thank you Heather, for such exceptional customer service, and getting me out of a stressful situation!!

Very pleased with the unit rented (10 x 15). We chose the "best value" as it is currently 50% off for the first 8 weeks. It's reasonably close to the gate, which turns out to be a non-issue at all as access is excellent throughout the facility. One little hitch: we weren't aware that we MUST download the app to open the gates. Once we downloaded and enabled Bluetooth it was seamless. Adding both of us to access was easy. Adding my 2nd phone (work phone) was easy. You MUST provide your own lock, as expected. The whole process went very well once we realised that we needed to do our bit too, by downloading the app and enabling Bluetooth.

I've had a good conversation with staff and feel bad ive had gone in debt to them and called them to work out a payment and they are very accommodating even though they have been patient and I am over due so for them to work with me make me feel like I want to make them priority in making payment to them first above all other bill I may have ,because they have shown understanding and leinancy with me in my rough patch.thank you very much to staff and managment

Honestly, one of the best, if not the best, customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Jason is available, friendly and clear in his explanations. So, big up to Jason!

I have used this storage since 2018. Ventilation in storage is excellent. So all stuff can be kept in original condition. Security system is good. Storage is clean all the time. Staff or owner are kind and helpful.

Wonderful staff, and great to deal with. Very friendly and accommodating. Fair pricing, and good sized units. Safe and secure storage, and handy U-Haul rentals near the highway, dump, and local movers/trucking.

The facilities are well kept. The manager is amazing. We've moved units 1 time into a bigger unit.and we are very happy. We've been with them for a few years now.
