We have been using the services of Make Space for several months now and overall we are very impressed and pleased with the customer service, attention to detail and excellent communication we have received so far.. I highly recommend employee, Hemang Makwana as he has helped us several times with our storage needs. He is very friendly, efficient and an excellent problem solver... he recently helped me to arrange movers to come to my storage unit to take some things to the landfill...everything went smoothly and efficiently under his watchful eye. Also I have found the security, ease of access and quality of the unit, to be first rate. All in all, I highly recommend Make Space for all your storage needs!

I compared 3 different storage facilities, and I found Make Space the most convenient for my needs. I was inquiring online about the process to secure a unit and within minutes received a personal phone call from Gisela. I was able to book that day to see/figure out what size of storage unit I would need and with the help of Gisela, narrowed it down to the size I would require. The paperwork was very quick, and Gisela explained the contract and access in and out of the building thoroughly. The promotion they are offering was also an exceptionally good deal. The process of moving-in was super smooth, easy and quick, just like she mentioned! Gisela was very professional and knowledgeable of her job. Make Space is a very clean and accessible storage. I would definitely recommend to anyone. 10 STARS **********

In our search for a suitable storage locker in or near Cochrane we came across the brand new MakeSpace facility. We met with Jason, the manager, for a tour of the lockers - he was very personable and professional, and still had a great sense of humour. We are very happy with the locker we selected. Clean storage and good deals. Very pleasant to deal with the manager on the phone to set up the contract. Only item I have to complain about is the lack of transparency regarding their service fees and insurance that were added to the price without any discussion.

Well maintained and excellent access. Cherryl was helpful when we needed to change our storage needs.
