Can't say enough about this place, the facilities were always very neat and tidy and always secured. The staff was always very helpful and friendly and offered assistance whenever I needed it. Would recommend to anybody! 10/10.

Kept some stuff from my cottage here for a while. Lockers were clean, good prices, and got my second month for free. Would def use them again if needed.

Rented a unit to help facilitate a move. Everything was effortless, unit was simple to book, easily accessible, lock provided, roll up door worked well.

I recently visited to rent a storage unit and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Riley and Trevor. From the moment I walked in, they were enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect unit to meet my needs. They took the time to personally show me the available units, answered all of my questions with clarity, and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the process. What truly stood out was their efficiency—they had everything prepared and ready for me in less than 15 minutes! In a city where excellent service can be hard to come by, Riley and Trevor are absolute gems. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this facility, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Riley and Trevor. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are well taken care of. Five stars without a doubt!

This space has always been much better in terms of operation and service then where I was down the road.. we'll just say that.. counter Representatives aren't actually really friendly and helpful. Being a forgetful person now they have been very patient when I call in even twice before I have to pay to remind me of my pay date LOL thank you!!!

Been with the Frankford location of Pine Storage/Make Space since 2011. The office staff has always been very responsive to our needs.

Price was reasonable, and the driver was very helpful.
