If I could give them 10 stars I would! David (manager) is AMAZING! So understanding and willing to work with you. Units and grounds are nice and tidy. I won't use any other storage facility. Definitely worth the extra drive from Nanaimo!

Was able to complete my entire move over email, worked perfectly as I’m no longer in the area. Confirmed with movers site was exactly as advertised, secure, clean, surveillance. Impressed with front end efficiency.

I compared 3 different storage facilities, and I found Make Space the most convenient for my needs. I was inquiring online about the process to secure a unit and within minutes received a personal phone call from Gisela. I was able to book that day to see/figure out what size of storage unit I would need and with the help of Gisela, narrowed it down to the size I would require. The paperwork was very quick, and Gisela explained the contract and access in and out of the building thoroughly. The promotion they are offering was also an exceptionally good deal. The process of moving-in was super smooth, easy and quick, just like she mentioned! Gisela was very professional and knowledgeable of her job. Make Space is a very clean and accessible storage. I would definitely recommend to anyone. 10 STARS **********

It was very easy dealing with them as it was my first time renting a storage unit. I am moving and this is making it easier to box my stuff up and get it out of the way.

I’ve dealt with Pat at Make Space several times and have had nothing but positive experiences. He’s always available to help if I need anything, give excellent service and super friendly. The units are well maintained, clean, secure and affordable. Everything you need in a storage unit and more. I’d recommend using Pat and Make Space to anyone. 5 STARS all around!

Patrick and staff are very personable . Very clean property and maintained. Access is easy , the hours are great. Pricing is much better than other places I have been .

Came to pick up my Purolator packages here in the freezing rain. Had my 4 month old baby with me. The front staff was so incredibly generous and had me drive up to the door so he could bring the packages out to me. This kindness is so appreciated and something you don’t see every day!!
