Staff is always friendly and prices are amazing! (Almost half the price of the competition) Have used the storage services here twice in the last 2 years, highly recommend them!

Great place to store things short or long term as rates are reasonable and the team are excellent. Your unit is individually alarmed for extra safety and the access is really easy too. This and the auto lighting help make if feels safe to be there as a single female.

Trevor is a gem.. over past few years.. i have always used this storage.. very trust worthy.. helpful.. tbh no matter where i love in ottawa this is only place i trust with .

Good storage for cheap price

gesla is a very intelegent and wonderful woman. her energy makes you feel welcome and at home. pay her more money, she deserves it.

So far, so good. Went there a few days ago after calling about a unit. Storage units are hard to come by apparently. Especially decent sized ones. I rented a 10x10 for the month. Storage areas are very clean and tidy as are the buildings and grounds. A tad pricey - $220 with tax for the rental for one month as well as a $35 deposit. I'm hoping that it isn't a hassle to get my deposit back from them. And you need to give 7 days written notice when you are going to vacate the unit. Hopefully my credit card doesn't get charged a second month when I'm going to be out by the time the month I already paid for is done. If there's a needed update I will post one. The lady in the office was super friendly and very helpful as well. Hopefully I won't have the need to rent a storage unit after this one. But if I do, I will return here.

Patrick, the manager at Make Space Storage, has been incredible since day one. He went above and beyond to support us through one of our hardest moves and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Even when we moved in on a day the office was closed, he made sure our unit was ready for us. They even organized an event where storage renters could sell items, like a big garage sale — such an awesome touch! The facility itself is clean, secure, and super convenient with drive-up units that make unloading so much easier. Huge thanks to Patrick for everything — we’re so glad we chose Make Space!
