This place is new and it shows in the best of ways. They want to make a good impression and their prices help with that, I came in for a 5x10 unit and they didn't try to upsell me. I ended up wanting a 10x10 and was surprised when the price was the same as most places are charging for a 5x10!
The only downside is right now their gate hours are only when they have someone in, but they're waiting on an automated gate to be installed so for now they're willing to pop in outside of hours within reason.

This location of make space storage is a wonderful location in Kitchener where Gisela the manager is very much cooperative for providing each and every detail for the unit and she shows up the unit before finalizing the unit.

Great price for the 3 months. The move in process was smooth. A little different than uhaul because most of the interaction wasn't face to face. But they have great access and great location. Clean kept space and all the move in equipment was provided.
