We had just moved to Regina, but couldn't get all of our boxes in the house - some basement renovations. Make Space had a unit available, and we were able to store our boxes, etc. there immediately. We were in August when we registered and it was a job in itself. The staff didn't know how to reserve a spot for our RV in advance. We were supposed to arrive in the compound October 1st. But we couldn't do it. So a week before we went to the office to cancel our reservation. The refund was minus administrative fees which is normal but also we were charged one month rental, for what? We were not impressed to say the least. Then I received a note saying that this was a mistake and I was refunded the one month I paid to much. Over all this misunderstanding was solve thanks to the head office.

My family has had a large unit here since 2018 and I can't recommend it enough. Great facility - very clean, safe, and convenient! The staff at front desk are also always friendly and available for help when you need it. Wouldn't go to another storage facility after this.
