I have read some of the reviews on this facility and found the exact opposite of some of the negative reviews. I wonder if some of these people have not been keeping up with their payments. I dealt with a white haired gentleman who showed excellent customer service and these people are always willing to assist. One time I couldn't get my lock to open and they came right over to my unit and solved my problem. I pay by pre-authorized credit card and they keep my receipts on file that I can look at or take with me at any time. This place is also the cleanest and most secure storage facility I have been at over the years. I continue to rent from them and highly recommend them to you!

Dave is a great manager. Was very helpful and responded quickly to my emails in regards to a storage unit.

My overall experience was amazing using Make Space - Carleton Place. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy to setup and use storage space. I would highly recommend using their storage spaces.
