I have nothing but great things to say about Make Space Storage in Pender Harbour. I moved to BC from Winnipeg in September of 2019. The service I received was excellent whether by Phone or e-mail. All my inquiries were answered efficiently, timely and with a great attitude. The storage unit was reasonable in price, clean and very spacious. My main contact I dealt with was Launa, who has been wonderful! Just the other week she sent an e-mail to let me know that she received a letter from Atlas Movers for me. Atlas should have sent the letter to my home address which I had provided to them, but sent it to Make Space instead. Launa not only contacted me but re sent the letter to my home address. In this day and age this kind of customer service is hard to come by!

Easy sign up, decent price, pristine facilities!

I had a great experience with Make Space Storage in Kitchener. The whole process was super smooth—check-in and check-out were fast, which I appreciated since I had a busy schedule. The facility was really clean, and Gisela, the facility manager, was awesome and super helpful. If you’re looking for a place that’s secure and easy to deal with, I’d definitely recommend Make Space Storage.

I found that Hiway Public Storage staff to be very helpful and professional. The storage unit I rented was very clean and in excellent condition. Their rates are the best prices I found in the surrounding areas by far - one price, taxes included. I would highly recommend them for all your storage needs. Michael B.

Patrick was personable, attentive and supportive made our expedience of downsizing less stressful and easy. No complaints just compliments.

I haven't moved into my storage unit but when I went on site to pick up the documents etc I was treated with respect and the transaction went very smooth. This is my first time for a drive up unit so I'm slow to get my stuff in there as I have been going through everything to downsize, very time consuming task .

I totally recommend Make Space Storage - wonderful customer service when I was looking for a storage unit in June of 2024. There was a unit available, so I was set up very quickly in their system. I’ve used a few storage facilities over the last couple years and haven’t had a better experience than with Make Space Storage. The facility is laid out wonderfully and easy to navigate. They have an array of units to accommodate any of your storage needs. Their customer service is top of the line, Jason is professional, resourceful and eager to solve any of your questions. I recommended Make Space Storage to everyone.
