Clean and dry. Fantastic customer service that is super helpful in getting you the right size storage unit, and helping you with the ins and outs of storing your stuff. The hours are great and movers find it easy to get in and out of the complex without hassle. I had a great experience and will definitely use again and recommend!

Wow reading some of these negative comments and wondering what planet these people come from. I had a wonderful experience with Kris Keiller she was very nice and knowledgeable making the experience a good one would strongly recommend this place of business to anyone needing moving and storage supplies. I have used this storage since 2018. Ventilation in storage is excellent. So all stuff can be kept in original condition. Security system is good. Storage is clean all the time. Staff or owner are kind and helpful.

Its a great .... even siging the paper work was easy. Other place wanted your blood work just to rent. A spot.. ... And the staff are just as easy to deal with After there first coffee of the day.....lol 😆

After getting satisfaction of my enquiries, Honey from the sales agent helped me completed the tasks. Very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and straight forward from signing agreement, credit card payments process, breakdown of the 8 weeks rental, office hours, access hours to generating and getting the access code code. So much confidence on the whole process. Then right after I've done with her, she emailed all what I need to have ( agreement and receipt for 1st payment ). Then the office manager Jason on this branch called me to make sure everything are in good order. I definitely recommend this storage to my clients and friends who will need one. They're all amazing to dealt with. Thank you so much Honey and Jason. Appreciate your time and help.
