The wonder lady in office is a sweetheart

5 star service was provided by on staff Kris today! Recently we’ve been looking for storage for our overstock business supplies and I was pleasantly surprised at the service and cost of Make Space storage, they were significantly less than the others we had looked at and as a small business thats a great help. Kris provided me fast and efficient answers about storage (as we have never used storage before). Over the past days since we’ve moved out things in we’ve notice Kris is always around checking on units with her dog by her side. This action provides comfort in knowing there is an extra layer of security and supervision in the observation. I would recommend both the storage facility as well as Kris as a front of the line staff.

Courtney is an amazing person!!!! Her customer service is the best I've had so far and if there are any sudden changes, she's understanding to the circumstances. Also very kind and polite when assisting you. She's such a gem. The price range for storing your goods and service cannot be matched anywhere else. I've called all storage companies in Calgary and non compare to what Make Space has to offer.

The storage units are well-maintained and clean, while the hallways are well-lit. Additionally, the 24-hour access to both indoor and outdoor units aligns perfectly with my dynamic schedule.

I found Make Space last August in 2022, they were cheaper than any of their competitors and on top of that the customer service I received from Courtney was absolutely top drawer! Courtney made the process simple and quick and courteous. I highly recommend Make Space Storage.

Good experience renting. Good price, short term deals(50% for 3 months was mine) offered often seemingly. Wouldn't prorate for last month given that I didn't need it for half of the month

Very impressed with this company. I rented a parking spot at 121 Stockdale Rd. Trenton, to store my 21 ft travel trailer. The facility is immaculate and the electronic key pad to open the gate is very easy to operate. The facility Manager Austin Nicholson was extremely helpful and answered all my many questions in a pleasant, but very professional manner. He helped cement my choice to go with Make Space Storage.

I'm pleased with my experience at Make Space Storage. They've implemented some thoughtful updates that have improved accessibility and made things more convenient overall. Accessing the gate is now much smoother, which is a welcome change. It's also reassuring to know there's an office nearby in case any issues arise;they've made it easy to get support if needed. We've been using this facility for about 29 years in the same location.

Always loved the customer service and fair prices! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
