Make Space storage has been outstanding to work with. The management staff has always been great to work with. We have been storing with this company since they opened a year ago and have never had any issues at all.

Great staff. Always there to help, and when we found out our unit was a pull through and we only had 1 lock, they let us use one of their til I could get back to lock it up.

I had the pleasure of securing a storage unit for my property from the lovely Gisela. Not only did she offer me a great rate, she provided outstanding customer service and I found her delightful to speak with. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with every last detail of the arrangements and even sent me a map leading me straight to the location of my unit. She should be running things from Parliament Hill but for now you can trust her with your business at Make Space Storage in Kitchener.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The reception with the answering service aswell as the staff on location are fantastic. The service was far above expectations. Not like the risotto but am very satisfied!

I compared 3 different storage facilities, and I found Make Space the most convenient for my needs. I was inquiring online about the process to secure a unit and within minutes received a personal phone call from Gisela. I was able to book that day to see/figure out what size of storage unit I would need and with the help of Gisela, narrowed it down to the size I would require. The paperwork was very quick, and Gisela explained the contract and access in and out of the building thoroughly. The promotion they are offering was also an exceptionally good deal. The process of moving-in was super smooth, easy and quick, just like she mentioned! Gisela was very professional and knowledgeable of her job. Make Space is a very clean and accessible storage. I would definitely recommend to anyone. 10 STARS **********
