Courtney Keating is an outstanding employee of Make Space Calgary. She was so incredibly helpful and efficient with solving all our storage needs! We were VERY impressed.. From showing us the storage unit to preparing a contract, including setting out the terms clearly... and giving us a good deal too which we really appreciate!....She was meticulous with all the details- answering all our questions and even giving further advice over the phone . She is personable and does well at establishing trust so we feel we are in very good hands with Make Space Storage for our long term storage unit rental.

They have gone above and beyond to help me. Truly one of the best customer service experience I have had Thank you.

We rented our storage unit for about 8 months while our home was being built, getting everything set up was such an easy process! We communicated with Greg mostly who was always so friendly and made every interaction an absolute delight! We first started out with a smaller unit because our expectations of just how much stuff we owned was very unrealistic, one quick call to Greg and we were moved into a more size appropriate unit only days later! We never had any issues with our unit, and felt more than confident about the overall security and wellbeing of our belongings ❤️ Will definitely use again if needed in the future and highly recommend!

Quick & easy to set up rental. Staff are courteous. Rentals all are clean and secure.

I like that I am unable to make it in to pay when they are open so e-transfers work great. My storage unit is paid right away with e-transfer and no penalties
