Friendly, clean and secure. Troy went out of his way to make our storage needs happen.

Have been a long term customer utilizing the trailer storage facility. Very secure with fenced enclosure, security cams and lights, touch pad entry and live-in caretaker/manager. Well looked after and maintained, easy access with good spacing between 'rigs' and gravel roadways. Very responsive manager and owner. Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Jeffrey’s customer service is second to none. I called the day I pulled up with a trailer full of stuff and he got me a perfect, clean unit in a couple minutes. Everything worked; access times are great & it was a great experience. I’d definitely rent a unit again if I needed one.

It’s all good! We have used their services for over 4 months and every aspect of their operation has impressed. Professional friendly and intelligent staff, high quality office, excellent containers, great spacious paved access, efficient security controls, automated billing systems and awesome rates. The location is in a lovely rural area just a few minutes from downtown Sooke and makes a relaxing circle trip via Westcoast Road. Huge and growing...good luck getting in! Zero negatives at this point!

I had an amazing experience at Make Space Storage. The office staff—especially the lovely lady working at the front desk—was incredibly helpful and kind. I had made an error with my unit booking, and she went above and beyond to help me fix my own mistake without making me feel bad about it. That kind of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and clearly secure. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. If you're looking for reliable self-storage, with friendly, supportive staff and a clean, organized facility, I highly recommend Make Space Storage. Absolutely Fantastic- had stressful situations from the movers and Kyle saved the day. Never having met me, only conversations on phone he made sure my move went smooth and I was satisfied with my storage facility and was happy with the end results. I would recommend them in a heartbeat no hesitation at all . Very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with .
