The manager contacted me well ahead of the booking date. They went over clear instructions. Multiple payment options were discussed. Access to the locked yard and unit was easy. The only piece of info that I wasn't aware of was the storage unit required 2 locks and I had only brought 1.

We rented a unit for a few months while awaiting our condo possession date. The facility is secure and Sean at the front office was helpful and attentive. The storage unit did not have any interior lighting, so we had to be mindful of daylight hours over the winter. But overall this unit worked well for our needs.
