This is our first experience with a public storage unit. We have had ours for about 5 months now and are very pleased with it. Additionally, the overall facility is always clean and well-lit. The manager, Gisela, is very helpful whenever needed and readily answers any questions we may have.

I called the office several times to discuss options. I was always treated with utmost respect and both team members are very good at their job. It a family atmosphere for sure! I highly recommend this facility. New to Grimsby my friend told me about her storage locker and I was in the facility to help her for 2 days.. IMMACULATE facility from entrance to lockers outside.
