Great service. Prices could be slightly better but are okay.

I have nothing but great things to say about Make Space Storage in Pender Harbour. I moved to BC from Winnipeg in September of 2019. The service I received was excellent whether by Phone or e-mail. All my inquiries were answered efficiently, timely and with a great attitude. The storage unit was reasonable in price, clean and very spacious. My main contact I dealt with was Launa, who has been wonderful! Just the other week she sent an e-mail to let me know that she received a letter from Atlas Movers for me. Atlas should have sent the letter to my home address which I had provided to them, but sent it to Make Space instead. Launa not only contacted me but re sent the letter to my home address. In this day and age this kind of customer service is hard to come by!

Rented a container for a recent renovation! Staff was friendly, container was so convenient. Will be my new spot for all my storage needs!

Nice large 13×25' bay heated, and secure locked compound.

Excellent customer service on all levels. The only thing I would consider a real pain was if you get a storage locker at the atownline location, you are restricted in times available. Anyone with a full time job can only access on Saturdays.

First time using a pod & the experience was very good. Pick & drop off was perfect. I would definitely recommend them

Renting a unit was very easy. Ailene was very helpful and kind in helping set everything up.

I have been using the Port Perry site for storing my trailer for many years now and feel compelled to say that every month when I go to make my payment I am always cheerfully greeted by either Denny or James . This dynamic duo is so helpful and caring and never forget to ask me how my wife is doing who just went through a tough year of cancer treatment . The thoughtfulness and respect they have always shown me is above and beyond the " norm " and just wanting to share my thoughts . Good on Vaultra for having such good staff and Good on Denny and James for their superb attitudes , which certainly is not found everywhere.
