Hemang is the manager and he is fantastic. He is responsive, welcoming, easy-going and just an overall nice guy. He answered my questions with ease, showed me where to park my tent trailer, walked me through the paperwork, and he even offered to help me get it unhitched and stored properly. I highly recommend Make Space Calgary and Hemang.

Fast response always. Even though they were closed for Good Friday, Chris made sure I had access to the unit I was interested in renting when I was available to go check it out. I was able to pay over the phone with Anne who was friendly and helpful. The process was a great option for me because I could deal with viewing and choosing the unit when it was convenient for me. The flexibility of the staff to accommodate my needs was a big part of my decision to sign the contract and rent from Make Space Storage.

Only stored my trailer there for a few months. But in that short time I had no issues. Gate operation is super easy and works well. The lady that works the front office always had a big smile and was pleasant to deal with. Check in and the check out was a breeze. Definitely will use this facility again.

Great experience from start to finish. The call centre was helpful and made everything easy to arrange.( Anna) When I went in person, the manager (Heming) was professional and took care of everything smoothly helped me set the app on my phone and made sure I understood everything before leaving the premises. Really appreciate the excellent service.

This place is fantastic, clean, easy access and the BEST staff I have ever come across. Michelle and Jamie are the nicest ladies. They went out of their way for us, and during a tough situation, they had us in and out, and laughing till there were tears. Worth SO much more than 5 stars!!!! I can't recommend this place enough!!!!!!
