Very friendly staff, lots of cameras and security around. Insurance included on locker. Not the cheapest, but certainly worth the value imho.

I was very impressed with Michele.. the facility manager. I visited or called at least 3 times with questions and clarifications before I decided to sign a 3 month contract. She always responded in a clear and professional way. A very good 1st impression of the company.

Simple easy online system. Location is clean, well organized, great security. This is our 2nd time here at this location and love it. Highly recommended.

Make space storage has been not only been so convenient, but affordable and the manager Jason has been very helpful with anything we needed or questions we had. I would highly recommend using make space storage!

I stopped by yesterday to rent a space, and while it's easy to do online, the experience in person was great. One of the biggest influences on choosing Make Space were all of the positive reviews about Patrick, who did not disappoint. I appreciated the clean, open layout of the office where I could browse moving supplies, and the obvious ease of the space as a Purolator option. Patrick was very helpful and personable, and personally took me to view a unit to make sure it was what I needed/wanted. I was impressed with how clean the facility was. Make Space is a little more expensive than the local competitors (I even turned down my Costco discount) but I just feel better about extending my home's square footage at this location.

Extremely easy to book on line. Just have to keep in mine that today's date is in green and the rest is black. Could not see the green, and did not realized the first day available was not the one in black. Facility manager, Austin helped me out and still got me in for that day. Storage area is easy to access, secure and very clean. I would use them again if needed

We have had the storage now for 3 months. So far everything has been well. The place is kept clean. Easy entrance and exit at all hours which are extended. We can only recommend it.

I like this place because the building is well secured and the staff is nice. I choosed this storage because it is a recent building, it was cheaper than competitors (3 years ago, I don't know for now), and for the storage access from 6am to 10pm, 365 days/year (I saw some other companies offering access 8am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, no access on Sunday and Stat holiday).

As a former customer of Make space storage i highly recommend storing your belongings with them. Clean and safe with superb customer service. I was going to move in on Friday but had a emergency come up ,so i could not move in during business hours. Make Space is closed on Sundays but Ian met me in parking lot on Sunday to give me a fob so the movers could access the building and store my belongings. Chris was also kind and professional. I will use Make Space again if the need arises.
