I was very happy with the service. We got a storage unit fairly quickly and easily. Dave was brilliant and very helpful. We later stored our RV there prior to selling it. We love the raised wooden floor in the large unit we have rented for the past 1 1/2 years. We have zero concerns about rodents or water coming-in to damage anything. Customer service is top notch! Highly recommend this facility.

Excellent customer service on all levels. The only thing I would consider a real pain was if you get a storage locker at the atownline location, you are restricted in times available. Anyone with a full time job can only access on Saturdays.

Incredibly impressed with the move in process- which literally was seamless from booking a unit online, getting an email within the hour, and then I was moving items into my unit before end of day. Bring your lock, and your set! I didn’t have to call anyone, or wait long for access info! I decided to sell my house and working fast to stage my home I was so relieved this booking service worked with my last minute plans LOL I can see this being the perfect place for someone needing immediate storage access as well as the typical rental space with safe secure access and 24/7 monitoring

I had been trying to find a storage option for a project vehicle in the Calgary area for some time however, every place I contacted gave me excuses or flat out refused to allow me to store a rolling chassis in a storage unit. While accompanying my wife into the Cochrane area, I decided to drop in at Make Space Storage to inquire and man was that an awesome decision! Jason heard my story and immediately offered a storage unit. He took me on a tour to view a unit and after approximately 20 minutes I was signed up, had the gate app downloaded and all the information I would need to store my project. I am grateful to Make Space and especially to Jason for accommodating me and relieving the stress that I was experiencing.

We are renting 2 units at Make Space. Their prices are the most reasonable around. They were very courteous and efficient in executing the contract, showing us around and walking us through the app for gate access. Would highly recommend!
