Checking in was super easy on their website! I was able to find the unit that I wanted and pay for it online, just had to stop at the office to pick up my key. The selection of available units of all sizes was huge compared to all of the storage places in Nanaimo and the prices were way better! The app makes it easy to come in and out through the entry gate with Bluetooth right from your phone. I'm glad that I chose Make Space for my storage, very satisfied indeed.

This is the best idea ever!! Instead of the hassle of renting a truck on moving day and having to do all that loading in a day, I have to month to make this happen and I don't have to worry about getting it to it's destination. The gentlemen to delivered my container was a GEM!!!

My rental was established with Darcie at Vaultra, and in her absence my contact person was Al… No matter what the issue was, or if I needed assistance when on site, their customer service was always above and beyond… I would recommend their facility for both short term and long term rentals.. When I needed a second unit, they would expedite it over the phone and I would stop by for signatures… I tried to reserve with other storage facilities, but they were not able to provide the choice and availability that Vaultra had to offer… Thank you Vaultra for going the extra mile….Thanks Ken…
