Great experience all around. They had a locker ready for me at the time I needed it for. They offer the chance to purchase a key card to access the property outside of business operations. Moving out of the storage locker and stopping usage was a simple as informing the office of move out date. All my stuff remained safe and secure.

I had a very positive experience storing my things at the Make Space Webster Rd Kitchener location. The containers stored and protected my things very well. Gisela was wonderful! I rented 2 shipping containers for storage and one parking spot. Gisela was very helpful in assisting me on my visits to the site. I was also able to work a few days onsite, organizing and repacking my things, quite easily. I recommend Make Space!

I had my storage unit here for almost 2 years and the experience was great. Making payments was super easy through their online portal, and they even text you the link when you first sign up. The staff and management are very accommodating and communicate well, so you always feel heard. The location is convenient, close to Memorial Avenue in Orillia, and the facility is open 24/7 with solid security. Overall, it’s a chill and reliable place to store your stuff.

I’ve been using make space storage for over a year. They are super kind and approachable and go above and beyond to make sure your storage is safe and you can access it at any time of day. We ran into an issue without our passcode of no fault of thier own and they had it fixed in minutes to ensure we still had access. I recommend them to everyone.

I called Make Space this morning around 9:30 to find out what it would cost a specific unit. Within minutes I had the information, a reservation, and a time to come in and finalize the rental. After spending 24hrs back and forth with another company the day before with nothing but convoluted messages and b.s. pricing that didnt match what they had posted on their website... Michelle was AWESOME. She was warm, knowledgeable and understanding. 100% recommend
