Jack was very helpful and obliging in giving top customer service to help me manage my storage needs which were a little complicated at the time.
The location and access is excellent and facility in great condition and very well-run.
The only thing I am not a fan of if the 28 day pay period. I would prefer just to pay on the first of the month as in other rentals.

We have been customers of Fremont Storage since they first opened their doors. The facility is well maintained, clean and secure. Over the years we have also received exceptional customer service, particularly from Phil. The only negative is that since the new ownership took place our rental fees have increased significantly, and have changed from monthly payments to every four weeks.
Having said that, we are happy with this facility and their services for storing our belongings.
