Absolutely love this place, very clean, reasonable pricing and very friendly staff

Started using make a space storage in August of 2022. They have heated units which is nice. They also have paved grounds and boat storage as well. They make it very easy to check in and you get your own code to go in and out of the facility. There are lots of cameras and fully fenced yard. The boat storage area is covered. We eventually decided to move to a smaller unit. It was easy and painless to change. Two things I will mention that are negatives that I will mention is that they bill every 28 days not a calendar month and they do not have on site bathrooms available unless during office hours which is during the weekdays only. So make sure you go before you go! Other than those two issues, I think this place is great.

I had the pleasure of securing a storage unit for my property from the lovely Gisela. Not only did she offer me a great rate, she provided outstanding customer service and I found her delightful to speak with. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with every last detail of the arrangements and even sent me a map leading me straight to the location of my unit. She should be running things from Parliament Hill but for now you can trust her with your business at Make Space Storage in Kitchener.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Secure, great rates, and terrific service. Used them on and off for 4+ years and staff had been nothing but accommodating and helpful.

Very simple and painless process. Had a storage container dropped off on my driveway and picked up 2 months later with out an issue.

Definitely recommend storing at Makespace! Jason at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly when assisting me with the move-in process. The locker was also very clean and wasn’t overpriced.
