Bellevue Self Storage is BY FAR the best storage facility in Belleville and the only one we would ever store our belongings. The service was outstanding and friendly, if I ever have a question the staff is more than willing to help in any way. The hours work perfectly with my schedule and using a moving truck to get in and out is not an issue (like other storage units in this area). If you want to be able to trust where your stuff is being stored this is the place!

Great experience all around. They had a locker ready for me at the time I needed it for. They offer the chance to purchase a key card to access the property outside of business operations. Moving out of the storage locker and stopping usage was a simple as informing the office of move out date. All my stuff remained safe and secure.

We were in August when we registered and it was a job in itself. The staff didn't know how to reserve a spot for our RV in advance. We were supposed to arrive in the compound October 1st. But we couldn't do it. So a week before we went to the office to cancel our reservation. The refund was minus administrative fees which is normal but also we were charged one month rental, for what? We were not impressed to say the least. Then I received a note saying that this was a mistake and I was refunded the one month I paid to much. Over all this misunderstanding was solve thanks to the head office.
