We parked out tent trailer there for almost a year. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating. If I had any questions, they were more than happy to answer them. I would certainly use them again if needed.

Best Place, I've never had any problems with my storage unit. The staff are amazing. Especially, Gisela G. From Kitchener, Ontario location. I couldn't be more thankful of her help and patience with me. Very understanding and easy to talk to. She understands me without any hassle or change in her behaviour. Doesn't pass any judgement towards me . Always professional, genuine, and just makes things easier and comfortable to work with. I had an amazing experience at Make Space Storage. The office staff—especially the lovely lady working at the front desk—was incredibly helpful and kind. I had made an error with my unit booking, and she went above and beyond to help me fix my own mistake without making me feel bad about it. That kind of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. The facility itself is well-maintained, clean, and clearly secure. You can tell they take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. If you're looking for reliable self-storage, with friendly, supportive staff and a clean, organized facility, I highly recommend Make Space Storage. I'll definitely be using them again if I need storage in the future. 5 stars all the way!

The staff at Keswick Vaultra Storage are very pleasant and helpful, When my mother died I was in need of a storage unit for the things that I wanted. The staff was so helpful by helping me decide which size of unit I needed. I had some issues with my credit card and the staff worked with me to sort the problem out. The units are clean and video protected. I would recommend Vaultra Storage to anyone.

Set me up quick. Easy entry. It's in town so no need to drive out in the country to look at my RV.

This isn’t my first time having two use vaultra every time I have got a storage unit here every one in the office has been absolutely amazing Debby is one of the kindest lady’s I have ever met. She really does work with you not against you if you’re looking for a storage unit this is definitely the place to go. And not only do they care for your stuff, but they seem to care for you. They also have some of the best prices that I’ve ever seen renting a storage unit.

Well kept facility which by the way is huge. Staff are very friendly.
