Make Space Pembroke is awesome. The units are clean. The yard is well maintained. Customers service is great. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Make Space Storage offers excellent value. Their yard is well secured. They are conveniently located off of Stoney Trail with easy access to the lot. Manager Hemang is very helpful.

Extremely pleased with Make Space so far. Originally when I called I reached a call center and was not pleased with that interaction at all and had started looking elsewhere, I then made a second call back to Make Space as I liked the location. I was put in touch with facilities manager Scot and we was amazing!! Scot is exactly what customer service should look like. He was attentive, listened to what I needed, gave me a unit that would work for my needs at an excellent price with promotion rate applied. Scot provided all the information on the unit, provided and went through contracts to make sure I understood, went through all the gate information including a handy app to use to enter and exit the location and then very graciously provided me with a couple pallets in the unit to place stuff on so it was off the ground. I can not say enough good about Scot and if you are in need of a unit, go check them out and ask for him. Great location, well taken care of, easy to access and secure. Thanks again Scot! Look forward to dealing with you in the future.

The main issue I have had is rent increase email not clearly stated as such and buried in a google review email. As well as a notice of missed payment (short a few dollars because of said rent increase). And never getting a phone call answered. The gate has been broken a few times, but looks to be fixed now.

Friendly and helpful if we need any assistance. We've rented a unit for a number of years now.
