Great service!

Started using make a space storage in August of 2022. They have heated units which is nice. They also have paved grounds and boat storage as well. They make it very easy to check in and you get your own code to go in and out of the facility. There are lots of cameras and fully fenced yard. The boat storage area is covered. We eventually decided to move to a smaller unit. It was easy and painless to change. Two things I will mention that are negatives that I will mention is that they bill every 28 days not a calendar month and they do not have on site bathrooms available unless during office hours which is during the weekdays only. So make sure you go before you go! Other than those two issues, I think this place is great.

This is the second time I have used Trenton Self Storage. I’m beyond happy with the customer service. She is a reliable and flexible person. The building is always cleaned and when it snows there’s never any snow in front of the units. Decent rates as well. Highly recommend.

This is our first experience with a public storage unit. We have had ours for about 5 months now and are very pleased with it. Additionally, the overall facility is always clean and well-lit. The manager, Gisela, is very helpful whenever needed and readily answers any questions we may have.

Easy to communicate with and fast booking process. Simple system to get the lock and storage container was good accessibility. Love the promo I got for up to 8 weeks of storage at a discounted rate!

Very professional experience when dealing with the representative. Had a bit of trouble when we actually went to the site but were able to connect with the Manager in Ottawa and he fixed the code problem. On move in day everything went great. I especially like the bluetooth app entry so you don't have to get out of your vehicle every time. The unit was very clean and dry and it looks like the units slope outward and are raised just in case of flooding happening. Nice lighting at night as well and convenient hours of operation. Would highly recommend.
