Clean well taken care of lot.

I required a storage unit in North Bay to hold my items while I was waiting for a rental house to become available. I live 7 hours away from North Bay and needed a unit to move into during a holiday long weekend. I tried several storage companies in the area, no one could deal with a rental without physically signing an agreement and completing the check-in process during a holiday. However, once I contacted Janet (Lakeshore Self Storage), she was able to deal with my situation over the phone and via email. I obtained a storage unit, gate passcode, payment method and move out instructions all via email. For someone far out of town, this experience was a game changer and made my rental process simple and convenient. The storage facility is modern, clean, and secure. I would hesitate to rent from Lakeshore Self Storage again.

We stored our rv here for maybe a year. We were very happy with the location and help when required, from Jack.

We have been using the services of Make Space for several months now and overall we are very impressed and pleased with the customer service, attention to detail and excellent communication we have received so far.. I highly recommend employee, Hemang Makwana as he has helped us several times with our storage needs. He is very friendly, efficient and an excellent problem solver... he recently helped me to arrange movers to come to my storage unit to take some things to the landfill...everything went smoothly and efficiently under his watchful eye. Also I have found the security, ease of access and quality of the unit, to be first rate. All in all, I highly recommend Make Space for all your storage needs!

Great storage units and awesome prices

Definitely recommend storing at Makespace! Jason at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly when assisting me with the move-in process. The locker was also very clean and wasn’t overpriced.

I have had a few lockers at this unit over the past year. Previously, I used other storage facilities, but found the service here to be excellent. The operations are smooth. The facility is fantastic. Location is great lots of room to get in and out with big vehicles lots of storage options. Jason is fantastic And I really appreciate his great support and care!

Communication was great, the property is clean, orderly, well set up. The management was very cooperative and went out of their way to ensure our movers were greeted well and shown where our storage locker was. Definitely five star service.
