I have nothing but great things to say about Make Space Storage in Pender Harbour. I moved to BC from Winnipeg in September of 2019. The service I received was excellent whether by Phone or e-mail. All my inquiries were answered efficiently, timely and with a great attitude. The storage unit was reasonable in price, clean and very spacious. My main contact I dealt with was Launa, who has been wonderful! Just the other week she sent an e-mail to let me know that she received a letter from Atlas Movers for me. Atlas should have sent the letter to my home address which I had provided to them, but sent it to Make Space instead. Launa not only contacted me but re sent the letter to my home address. In this day and age this kind of customer service is hard to come by!

Great locations and convenient systems, call Michelle she’s the storage ninja, she was answering questions I didn’t even know I had when I first showed up! 2 years later after I closed my unit I’d go back In a heartbeat if I needed storage again. Michelle is honourable, empathetic and knowledgeable. It was great dealing with someone that just knew the industry. Chris was very friendly and helpful when we booked a site for our travel trailer. The gate app took a few minutes to figure out and so far works well, and is convenient to use. Our spot was well marked and easy to back the trailer into.
