Customer Service was impeccable! As long term customers, any payment issues (from a rare late fee, accidental overlock, etc.) were always resolved smoothly, professionally and kindly. Make Space Innisfail’s south side is a great place to safely store recreational trailers. I had my 29 foot trailer there for many years and only moved because I found a storage yard much closer to my favourite campground. Also, because of a previous place, I parked on a grass surface & I was dealing with mice. At Make Space I just didn’t have that worry. My only complaint is that in wet times, the gravel mix can sink a little bit around your tires. Still, the security seems excellent and the gate software is very easy to operate. And in the winter, it was always easy to go up and down the plowed laneways to reach my trailer and check in on it. If you’re looking for a safe place to store your stuff, you may want to check these guys out.

Make Space Storage Anytime I’ve been in the office or called for help or for info they have been nice and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe place to store your belongings.
