Customer Service was impeccable! As long term customers, any payment issues (from a rare late fee, accidental overlock, etc.) were always resolved smoothly, professionally and kindly. The grounds are 24/7 accessible, safe, clean and secure. I would definitely recommend and use Make Space Storage for any future storage needs. Thanks to everyone that works there. Great experience!

Make Space, storage units are safe, convenient and friendly. Location on Hartway Drive. The staff is absolutely helpful, caring and ever so polite. A care in this rough world can go along way. The Awesome and Good Hearted lady at Make Space storage is Thee Best Ever! She actually restored hope for a struggling customer.She has a heart of gold. I got a promo deal on 8 × 12 unit that stored my belongings, perfectly! (Not related to my storage unit, but I can't say anything nice about the two movers. Disappointed) Back to my review, I totally recommend Make Space storage units. Absolutely a great place to leave your belongings and not ever having to worrying about it. We had an amazing experience with Make Space Storage in Cochrane, Alberta! From the moment we arrived, Jason went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful—truly outstanding customer service. The brand new facility is clean, secure, and well laid out, with most of the lot freshly paved, making it easy to access our unit even with larger vehicles. They’re also running a great promotion right now, which made it even better value! While we waited for our new home to be built, Make Space provided all the storage solutions we needed—stress-free, convenient, and affordable. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend!

What a joy to deal with the staff at Make Space Storage in Cochrane. Booking a unit was very quick and painless. Jason has been fantastic! I didnt book a big enough unit so ended up renting another space online as it was after hours. Jason told me later that he could have removed a wall on my current unit to make it bigger instead of having the cost of 2 separate units! Who knew?!? LOL! I wish I would have called him instead of doing it online. Thanks Jason! Its a pleasure dealing with you and you can be assured that if anyone asks me about storage, I will definitely recommend Make Space Storage in Cochrane!!!
