Nice people and helpful

Excellent storage facility, clean & well maintained individual access units with hight ceilings in all sizes. Easy access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, onsite manager Mon-Fri during business hours. Secure coded gate access. Reasonable rates for the local area market.

Rented two Sea-can units from the Edmonton location, very easy to communicate with from getting pricing and logistics to the deliveries being very accommodating with exactly where I wanted them. Units were in great condition. Easy, friendly experience all around.

I had a very positive experience storing my things at the Make Space Webster Rd Kitchener location. The containers stored and protected my things very well. Gisela was wonderful! I rented 2 shipping containers for storage and one parking spot. Gisela was very helpful in assisting me on my visits to the site. I was also able to work a few days onsite, organizing and repacking my things, quite easily. I recommend Make Space!

The staff was very helpful and professional when setting up my storage rental space. It is a great, customer friendly system for entry into the secured lot to access my unit. The units are clean and well maintained. Cancelling my unit when i no longer needed the extra space was easy. Thank you Mona!

Renting a space here was easy as pie!! I had contacted them about one of their units, which they did not have at the time. They were able to offer me a comparable unit, which ended up being perfect for the two months that it was needed. I definitely use them again and definitely recommend!!

Building was nice and clean. A little hiccup for the first payment but that was quickly resolved. 😊

I was a customer from 2020-2024 and I rented a 10x10 heated unit during that time. Ron was great to deal with over the past 4 years, he is professional and personable. The storage lot was always kept clean & well maintained. I was very happy utilizing the unit for my small contracting business. Thank you for a great 4 years dealing with Castle Guard Storage. Great location, no complaints

Nadine was a great big help! I like how clean it is and easy to get my stuff in. Lots of room and space. And having carts to borrow, Is fantastic! It makes everything much easier.

UPDATE: This whole situation was a misunderstanding (someone else moved into the unit that I cancelled) and the place honestly took ownership, called me, trained new staff, and did what they had to do. I recommend this place if you are looking to support Canadian owned and operated businesses. I wanted use this service to support a Canadian owned and operated business but there were too many issues. I want to point out that the person working at the location seems to be a nice and helpful person. First issue, I got an email when I rented the unit online that the office is open until 5PM on Saturday. In reality, they closed at 1PM which was a big problem for me at the time since I could not get the key to unlock the unit. Second, I came in on Tuesday, October 6, to explain the situation and asked for a refund since I never got there key to unlock the unit and had to go with another service. The person working there assured me it'll be taken care of. I never got refunded and I was actually charged the next month. When I called them, they said that they do not see a move out date or any info about my request for a refund. I explained that I never got the keys to unlock the unit and asked them to cancel/refund a month ago in person. They said they'll look into it again. I get an email a few days later letting me know that the unit that I rented was full and I need move my stuff out? I explained that I never used the unit, never unlocked it or got my keys. I only got replies that I should move my stuff out and pay my due rent so I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Still waiting to see how this turns out.
