Amazing service. Loveleen really went above and beyond to help me out. She went out of her way to get me a locker even though it was at the end of her shift. She waited for me to get to the facility and stayed over an hour past closing even though she had no obligation to do so. Extremely friendly and professional. Thank you so much for all your help.

Wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I love that they have an app to open the gate when entering and leaving. Most importantly, the app actually works and works well. The units were clean and dry. If I ever need storage again, I will definitely use Vaultra.
