Heather @ the 1st Avenue location went absolutely above and beyond for me!! On the day of my move, I found out my booking had expired for a unit in the Hart. I had a moving truck scheduled to drop off items at storage, Heather found me a unit at her location! Not only did she get my storage unit ready, but went back into work 3 hours after closing to let the moving truck in and lock up after they left. I’m so grateful for all Heather did, and with a smile on her face! Thank you Heather, for such exceptional customer service, and getting me out of a stressful situation!!

Patrick & his mon helped me from start to finish... Moving from a house in Toronto to an apartment in St Catharines and in need of a storage unit; Patrick was patient, hassle free and didn't call me 30 million times like other storage companies do... I appreciate everything that they've done for, especially last minute and I'd stay with them if I lived in Grimsby
My current unit in St Catharines is definitely not as clean or less expensive as Make Space

I rented a storage unit to help declutter our house while we put it in the market. Nadine, from the office, led me through what I would need and was a friendly first point of contact! I had no idea it would be so easy and helpful to get my house ready for the market. Easy access to the unit, great hours for loading and unloading, super helpful and friendly office, and reasonable rates! I definitely recommend!
