So far, so good. Went there a few days ago after calling about a unit. Storage units are hard to come by apparently. Especially decent sized ones. I rented a 10x10 for the month. Storage areas are very clean and tidy as are the buildings and grounds. A tad pricey - $220 with tax for the rental for one month as well as a $35 deposit. I'm hoping that it isn't a hassle to get my deposit back from them. And you need to give 7 days written notice when you are going to vacate the unit. Hopefully my credit card doesn't get charged a second month when I'm going to be out by the time the month I already paid for is done. If there's a needed update I will post one. The lady in the office was super friendly and very helpful as well. Hopefully I won't have the need to rent a storage unit after this one. But if I do, I will return here.

Hemang made made the process of signing up and moving my RV in seamless. He really went the distance to make sure everything went smoothly. His customer service is excellent!

This space has always been much better in terms of operation and service then where I was down the road.. we'll just say that.. counter Representatives aren't actually really friendly and helpful. Being a forgetful person now they have been very patient when I call in even twice before I have to pay to remind me of my pay date LOL thank you!!!

Good, I use this storage since 2014. I alway get a good service and sleep good because i know my object is safe. All the place is well secure !

I have been storing my belongings here for almost 4 years, and I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Christopher. Throughout all this time, he has consistently been extremely helpful, efficient, and always willing to assist. He has helped me with several matters, always with patience, kindness, and a level of professionalism that is rare to find nowadays. At one point, I even considered moving my storage to a facility closer to my home. However, Christopher’s excellent service and genuine care for customers made me decide to stay. His dedication, courtesy, and professionalism truly make a difference. I highly recommend this storage facility, especially because of the exceptional service he provides

Very impressed! Great combination of value and storage convenience right in town. Recently moved to Cochrane and it made sense to relocate our RV from Springbank. Jason at Make Space made it super easy to sign up and we were able to get an amazing deal on a larger site than we previously had. Yard is clean, very secure and easy to move around in. Highly recommended.

They were great working with us to pick a unit and also fix issues that arose even before we moved our stuff in. Have been using there units since August 2025 and have no reason to leave. Comparable pricing, they keep their property clean and snow plowed during the winter.

Marvie was most helpful on the phone with very easily understood directions. Highly recommend!
