Excellent customer service, very friendly.

Have had a unit with them for about 2.5/3 years now! Good price for the size and receptionist is kind. They have multiple sizes for various prices and can enter when closed to grab or store something. They are in the process of going under new management starting early April.

The move in was great but concerned with the gate not working

I recently visited to rent a storage unit and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by Riley and Trevor. From the moment I walked in, they were enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find the perfect unit to meet my needs. They took the time to personally show me the available units, answered all of my questions with clarity, and demonstrated extensive knowledge about the process. What truly stood out was their efficiency—they had everything prepared and ready for me in less than 15 minutes! In a city where excellent service can be hard to come by, Riley and Trevor are absolute gems. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this facility, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Riley and Trevor. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are well taken care of. Five stars without a doubt!

I'm pleased with my experience at Make Space Storage. They've implemented some thoughtful updates that have improved accessibility and made things more convenient overall. Accessing the gate is now much smoother, which is a welcome change. It's also reassuring to know there's an office nearby in case any issues arise;they've made it easy to get support if needed. We've been using this facility for about 29 years in the same location.

Fast and Friendly Customer Service!

The whole process takes about 30 minutes. We showed up on a Saturday at about 1:00pm and the door was locked (they close at 1:00pm on Saturday)…..but the gentleman let us in. The lady on the counter walked us through the process, explaining the hours of entry, taking copies of our ID, giving us bundle options etc. (like I said, about half an hour). We picked our location and the man went out and got the unit ready for us (swept clean, made sure the light worked), then took us to the unit for our inspection and last minute instructions. Both employees were extremely helpful and patient and we didn’t feel rushed, or that we “inconvenienced “ them in any way. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The best place for storage facilities, security code for the gate at the entrance and cameras all arround!

Very accommodating and professional. Had a minor issue as I didn't mention that I had tilt out stairs. Totally my fault. Tim found a solution very quickly. Thanks Tim
