We were in August when we registered and it was a job in itself. The staff didn't know how to reserve a spot for our RV in advance. We were supposed to arrive in the compound October 1st. But we couldn't do it. So a week before we went to the office to cancel our reservation. The refund was minus administrative fees which is normal but also we were charged one month rental, for what? We were not impressed to say the least. Then I received a note saying that this was a mistake and I was refunded the one month I paid to much. Over all this misunderstanding was solve thanks to the head office.

The manager contacted me well ahead of the booking date. They went over clear instructions. Multiple payment options were discussed. Access to the locked yard and unit was easy. The only piece of info that I wasn't aware of was the storage unit required 2 locks and I had only brought 1.

This is a great place to store/save our prized belongings (and admittedly …. Junk too). Spaces to accommodate different needs. Access to/thru and from the Carleton a place location is fantastic. The team represent this company extremely well and are friendly, courteous and always available to support if/when needed.
I would happily recommended Make Soace and look forward to continuing to be a faithful customer for a long time to come.
