I've never been inside a storage unit rental place before and wasn't sure what to expect! Well, I was pleasantly surprised meeting Carla who explained everything so well. We toured this 24- hour-access facility, which is easy to navigate. I found exactly what we needed. They even have dollys for your moving convenience.

Make Space Storage in Arnprior has truly exceeded my expectations! Tamara, the facility manager, goes above and beyond in delivering exceptional customer service. My recent experience on 11/06/23, when I informed Tamara that I no longer required their storage services, was exceptional. She displayed the utmost kindness and was incredibly accommodating to my needs. I wholeheartedly give this storage facility a perfect 10 out of 10 rating, making it the top choice in the Ottawa Valley.

We had an amazing experience with Make Space Storage in Cochrane, Alberta! From the moment we arrived, Jason went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful—truly outstanding customer service. The brand new facility is clean, secure, and well laid out, with most of the lot freshly paved, making it easy to access our unit even with larger vehicles. They’re also running a great promotion right now, which made it even better value! While we waited for our new home to be built, Make Space provided all the storage solutions we needed—stress-free, convenient, and affordable. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend!
