Very convenient location and great service!

Great people to deal with..

Tamara was wonderful...very professional. Unit was clean and easy to access the property.

Chad was amazing! We called Make-Space on a Saturday afternoon *half an hour b4 closing, and he never even flinched. He provided us with everything we needed to secure a unit without even setting foot on the property. He even put the padlock inside the unit for us when we came after hours. The follow-up was amazing too! Left me his personal cell number and told us to call him if there were any problems with the move-in! Now that's what I call fantastic customer service ** in a world that appears to have lost it's meaning. I highly recommend you give Chad a call and see for yourself................you won't be disappointed.

I was very happy with the service at Make Space. They reached out to me after sending me their quote on line and kept in touch while we were waiting to determine a date. Their staff were excellent-very helpful and easy to contact. The staff person from the company they used to deliver the container was extremely capable and went out of his way to help us move a vehicle into the container once it arrived. All in all, it was a ver positive experience. A special thanks to Ashish for your help.

Managed to get a small unit in a good spot woth the belp of Michelle. Shes great to interact with and made my rental experiance flow smoothly. Will be recomemding.

A big rut in front of our spot made backing in the trailer a little bit of a challnge given that I am not an expert in backing up trailers but all is good now.

My staging warehouse was full and we needed to destage a house. I found Make Space Storage that is only 3 mins away from my warehouse and they set me up! Patrick was very accommodating and respectful. I am grateful to have them as a back up option when I run out of room at my own space. Highly recommend. Check them out.

I have been a client at what was Ancaster Storage and is now Make Space Storage-Ancaster for the past sixteen months and I have only extremely positive things to say about the facility. Dori Gallagher at the front office has gone above and beyond expectations not just for me but for the great many other clients I have spoken to there. I wish that she would come and work for me. She is the backbone of this facility and has made it her job to ensure that customers are more than just satisfied; Dori greets everyone with the sunniest of smiles brightening the greyest of days. She strives to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible, is quick to make sure that the client is happy and she is what makes this a truly first class facility. The difference here is not just that this is an exceptionally maintained facility; what makes it truly exceptional are the people that make it happen on a day to day basis. Congratulations to Mike on your richly deserved retirement, you shall be missed.
