Very satisfied with this storage company. Needed a space to store personal items after sale of home. Did not realize that there was waiting lists for storage in the area. Luckily a container was available the day I stopped in. Tamara was very helpful and quick to respond with the set up process.

We were in August when we registered and it was a job in itself. The staff didn't know how to reserve a spot for our RV in advance. We were supposed to arrive in the compound October 1st. But we couldn't do it. So a week before we went to the office to cancel our reservation. The refund was minus administrative fees which is normal but also we were charged one month rental, for what? We were not impressed to say the least. Then I received a note saying that this was a mistake and I was refunded the one month I paid to much. Over all this misunderstanding was solve thanks to the head office.

I’ve had a great experience with Make Space Storage-Trenton location. The facility is always clean, secure, and well maintained. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or changes to my unit. Access hours are convenient and the pricing is fair for the quality of service.
