Very clean units fantastic service from the lady in the office.i needed a unit and I was living out of town at the time .The lady took all of my information to her on the phone and she said I could come in anytime and sign the contract. She gave me the locker number and we discussed the pass code to get into the locker area right over the phone. I filled up the locker on a weekend when the office was closed and returned almost 2 month later to sign the contract. I am now moving again and going to be giving up my locker but I would like to thank the lady in the office for making a difficult thing very easy

Just completed 8 month storage stint with Hiway Public Storage. They were very accomodating and ensured there was always access to the unit....even through a couple of major snow storms. Highly recommended.

Good experience renting. Good price, short term deals(50% for 3 months was mine) offered often seemingly. Wouldn't prorate for last month given that I didn't need it for half of the month

Property is kept tidy, storage unit seems secure. If you aren't always able to answer a phone call you are better to call them rather than use the online form to reserve a unit, but it only took one call and about 10 min to get a unit and set up payment over the phone.
