Make Space, storage units are safe, convenient and friendly. Location on Hartway Drive. The staff is absolutely helpful, caring and ever so polite. A care in this rough world can go along way. The Awesome and Good Hearted lady at Make Space storage is Thee Best Ever! She actually restored hope for a struggling customer.She has a heart of gold. I got a promo deal on 8 × 12 unit that stored my belongings, perfectly! (Not related to my storage unit, but I can't say anything nice about the two movers. Disappointed) Back to my review, I totally recommend Make Space storage units. Absolutely a great place to leave your belongings and not ever having to worrying about it. I've been using Make space storage for over a year now. The units are clean inside. I've been happy with the service. The weeds and the spider webs outside the units could be taken care of alot more. But other than that. No complaints. My stored items are safe and secure. I haven't had to worry. Thank you!

I've been a customer at Make Space for about 18months. Until just a few months ago when there was a change in staffing, I had always found the facilities spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, since the changed in staffing, I have yet to find the restrooms fully stocked with tissue and Clean. I've visited on consecutive days and found the same shoeprint on a toilet bowl. That tells me that nobody either checked it in two days or deemed it something that should be cleaned. Otherwise, the rest of the facility is still Very clean. Billing happens on schedule and for the correct amount. I've rarely found it 'busy' & always found carts available. The elevators are clean and work as one would expect, well. When I've spoken to staff, they've been helpful. I'd encourage staff to make a greater effort to keep the restrooms stocked and clean.

Very clean and open space, was so easy to move stuff on ground level ,I was waiting for long time, staff is very polite and helpful... Price is very very good compared to my other storage before....

New clean units, excellent services. The employee at the reception is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Our experience was AAA.

I found it very easy to book on line a 10x16 storage unit for the Brechin location. I received a couple of automated emails directing me how to complete the process, how to enter the automated gate (using the App), and the combination for the temporary lock that was on the unit. The process I feel would normally be seemless with no human interaction required. We had a small hiccup; the combination I was provided for the temporary lock was not correct. I phoned the number on the website and spoke with Kevin, who was very apologetic for the error and was able to get me in to the unit by providing me the correct combination over the phone. He was very courteous and customer focused. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Overall I would suggest to anyone needing a place for storage should come to Brechin Storage. Ease of entry and exit to the facility is a plus. Just put in your personal code and enter. When you leave just enter your code at the exit. This keeps those who do not have permission out of the storage facility keeping you and others safe. My only real complaint is the price has had a huge (to me) increase in the last 5 years. Hopefully the rental cost will be frozen for at least the next 3 or 4 years.
