Nothing but amazing things to say about this place, amazing communication skills, amazing staff especially Tamara, and prices are very reasonable! Was only with them for a couple of months but those couple of months showed me what an amazing company they are there! If I ever need storage in the future this will definitely be where I am going!

Started using make a space storage in August of 2022. They have heated units which is nice. They also have paved grounds and boat storage as well. They make it very easy to check in and you get your own code to go in and out of the facility. There are lots of cameras and fully fenced yard. The boat storage area is covered. We eventually decided to move to a smaller unit. It was easy and painless to change. Two things I will mention that are negatives that I will mention is that they bill every 28 days not a calendar month and they do not have on site bathrooms available unless during office hours which is during the weekdays only. So make sure you go before you go! Other than those two issues, I think this place is great.

Highly recommend. Can't beat the prices, delivery of storage unit to and from. Nathanial takes care of anything you need.

Easy and efficient

I had a great experience at Make Space Storage in White City. Ashish helped me with my unit, patiently explained the system as I was a first-time user, and made the whole process easy. He is very friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about his job. He knows his clients and work very well. Excellent customer service — highly recommend!

I was greeted on the phone when I first called by a very polite individual and given more than competitive rates. I was able to reserve my space without putting money down first which I really appreciated so I could see the space before paying. My process of obtaining storage space has been nothing less than incredible. Staff are great the lot is clean and the rates are more than competitive. If I rent space again it will no doubt be from makespace Storage. I recommend this company to anyone wanting storage space. Thank you so much for your courteous considerate service.

The last time I visited, there was a front-desk employee named Ed who was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even made snide remarks. His attitude alone was enough to make me look elsewhere. This time, however, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Elsa, and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to make sure everything was clear, comfortable, and convenient. Her professionalism and friendliness completely changed my impression of the place. If anyone had a bad experience in the past, I can honestly say things have improved. Elsa is outstanding, and because of her, I would definitely recommend renting here. She turned what could have been another stressful visit into a smooth, positive experience. Highly appreciated!
