5 Star Service, 5 Star Storage. When in need, call them. Very helpful and professional. Best service in North Bay! Needed something urgently, call them. Got setup while the owner was off for the weekend. They helped save a family over the weekend.

So far, so good. Went there a few days ago after calling about a unit. Storage units are hard to come by apparently. Especially decent sized ones. I rented a 10x10 for the month. Storage areas are very clean and tidy as are the buildings and grounds. A tad pricey - $220 with tax for the rental for one month as well as a $35 deposit. I'm hoping that it isn't a hassle to get my deposit back from them. And you need to give 7 days written notice when you are going to vacate the unit. Hopefully my credit card doesn't get charged a second month when I'm going to be out by the time the month I already paid for is done. If there's a needed update I will post one. The lady in the office was super friendly and very helpful as well. Hopefully I won't have the need to rent a storage unit after this one. But if I do, I will return here.

Have had a unit with them for about 2.5/3 years now! Good price for the size and receptionist is kind. They have multiple sizes for various prices and can enter when closed to grab or store something. They are in the process of going under new management starting early April.

I have had a great experience with Make Space Storage in Arnprior. I like the convenience and security features that they offer. Access 24/7 and an electronic gate system to gain access to my storage space were features that attracted me to Make Space.

Excellent customer service when signing up with Hemang. He was transparent in providing all the information and gave me a tour of the available lots, helped me with setting up the app and took his time in answering my questions. Thank you Hemang!

Great people to deal with..

Bad start to it. Worse finish. Promised a first month free. Told that wasn't included when it was literally posted online and a physical sign on the property. Originally rented the unit to store some commercial pieces for a forthcoming business. Once we moved all of that out, there was only a few boxes, tires, etc. left in the unit. I was going to transfer them over to a smaller unit, however, after an annoying set of emails and messages, I said to the hell with them. Best of luck. You'll never get another dime out of me, nor would I ever recommend the place and its dishonest practices.
