I have nothing but great things to say about Make Space Storage in Pender Harbour. I moved to BC from Winnipeg in September of 2019. The service I received was excellent whether by Phone or e-mail. All my inquiries were answered efficiently, timely and with a great attitude. The storage unit was reasonable in price, clean and very spacious. My main contact I dealt with was Launa, who has been wonderful! Just the other week she sent an e-mail to let me know that she received a letter from Atlas Movers for me. Atlas should have sent the letter to my home address which I had provided to them, but sent it to Make Space instead. Launa not only contacted me but re sent the letter to my home address. In this day and age this kind of customer service is hard to come by!

I have used this storage since 2018. Ventilation in storage is excellent. So all stuff can be kept in original condition. Security system is good. Storage is clean all the time. Staff or owner are kind and helpful.

The whole process takes about 30 minutes. We showed up on a Saturday at about 1:00pm and the door was locked (they close at 1:00pm on Saturday)…..but the gentleman let us in. The lady on the counter walked us through the process, explaining the hours of entry, taking copies of our ID, giving us bundle options etc. (like I said, about half an hour). We picked our location and the man went out and got the unit ready for us (swept clean, made sure the light worked), then took us to the unit for our inspection and last minute instructions. Both employees were extremely helpful and patient and we didn’t feel rushed, or that we “inconvenienced “ them in any way. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I rented a 10x10 outdoor storage unit and, so far, I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. From the beginning, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. They walked me through the entire process and even helped me with a lock since I didn’t have one. Patrick was especially helpful, he took the time to show me examples of the different unit sizes so I could choose the one that best suited my needs. When I first opened my unit, I was impressed by how spotless it was. After moving a lot of my belongings in, we had several days of steady rain, and I was a little concerned about what I might find when I came back. I was thrilled to discover that the unit was completely dry, not a single leak. If you’re looking for a clean, secure, gated storage facility with outstanding customer service, I really can’t recommend these guys enough. It’s rare to receive this level of customer care these days, and it was genuinely appreciated. Thank you!

This isn’t my first time having two use vaultra every time I have got a storage unit here every one in the office has been absolutely amazing Debby is one of the kindest lady’s I have ever met. She really does work with you not against you if you’re looking for a storage unit this is definitely the place to go. And not only do they care for your stuff, but they seem to care for you. They also have some of the best prices that I’ve ever seen renting a storage unit.
