Great storage service provider. Helped me a lot to declutter the house and keep seasonal stuff at a short drive distance.
Kaneshia (apologies for the wrong spelling, in case I did that) was very helpful. What I also liked about the company is that they do regular audits of their trailers and inform clients, in case something is off.
I forgot to inform them about my move, and they called me letting me know that the trailer is empty lol

Checking in was super easy on their website! I was able to find the unit that I wanted and pay for it online, just had to stop at the office to pick up my key. The selection of available units of all sizes was huge compared to all of the storage places in Nanaimo and the prices were way better! The app makes it easy to come in and out through the entry gate with Bluetooth right from your phone. I'm glad that I chose Make Space for my storage, very satisfied indeed.
