Great manager, great service and great location! 10 out of 10 recommend!

It’s all good! We have used their services for over 4 months and every aspect of their operation has impressed. Professional friendly and intelligent staff, high quality office, excellent containers, great spacious paved access, efficient security controls, automated billing systems and awesome rates. The location is in a lovely rural area just a few minutes from downtown Sooke and makes a relaxing circle trip via Westcoast Road. Huge and growing...good luck getting in! Zero negatives at this point!

Communication was always fast and efficient with the office and drivers. The drivers were skilled at getting the container in and out of tight spaces, and had good tips about how to pack it effectively. All around good service.

I recently finished a unit rental at the Cameron location. The pricing, security and accessibility of my unit was great. I cannot rave enough about the wonderful customer service my partner and I received from Ed. Every roadblock I had stumbled upon during my time there, he worked with me to figure things out and made the entirety of my experience stress-free. We all have our stressors and daily challenges, but excellent customer service can really turn your day around. He did that with every interaction we had and I am greatly appreciative of that. Thank you so much for always ensuring I have a great experience Ed! Will absolutely be recommending Make Space to others who are seeking storage.

I used Make Space in Port Coquitlam to store my furniture in between places, The facility was clean and climate controlled. Chris and Ian were friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for your storage needs
