I haven't moved into my storage unit but when I went on site to pick up the documents etc I was treated with respect and the transaction went very smooth. This is my first time for a drive up unit so I'm slow to get my stuff in there as I have been going through everything to downsize, very time consuming task .

Fremont is an excellent storage facility. It's very secure, has well lit hallways that are motion-sensored, and good tunes filling the air waves creating an upbeat atmosphere. What truly makes it special is the positive energy both Chris and Ian bring to the place. They care that you are pleased with your rental experience and are eager to assist you with your storage needs. I'm happy that I'm storing here.

I highly recommend using this storage facility especially due to its convenient location in central Cochrane. Due to our inexperience with our trailer, we had a hard time parking it in the designated spot. Jason came to our rescue and found us a more convenient spot, even taking the time to park it for us!! In this day and age it’s hard to find the customer service we’ve all been missing. Thank you again Jason for going the extra mile!!

We had a wonderful experience with Make Space Storage in Belleville. From our initial booking to our monthly invoices and our move out, everything was just perfect. The unit was clean when we arrived and there were zero issues for the three months we had our things stored there. The manager, Michelle, was very prompt to return our calls when we had questions and even helped find and secure a ladder we had inadvertently left outside our unit. Thank you Michelle! She is a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. I highly recommend Make Space Belleville and would not hesitate to use them again!
