I needed a container to hold furniture while my house was being renovated so I called Make Space Storage in Carleton Place. I spoke to Jackson Ford who was able to schedule prompt delivery of a container. The day before the container was due to be delivered I realized that I would actually need 2 containers. I called Jackson again and he was able to arrange for a second container to be delivered on the same day, even though the request was very last minute. I was impressed by the customer service, even the driver who delivered the containers was very pleasant and helpful. I would use this company again, and would definitely recommend them.

We rented our storage unit for about 8 months while our home was being built, getting everything set up was such an easy process! We communicated with Greg mostly who was always so friendly and made every interaction an absolute delight! We first started out with a smaller unit because our expectations of just how much stuff we owned was very unrealistic, one quick call to Greg and we were moved into a more size appropriate unit only days later! We never had any issues with our unit, and felt more than confident about the overall security and wellbeing of our belongings ❤️ Will definitely use again if needed in the future and highly recommend!

Amazing service. Loveleen really went above and beyond to help me out. She went out of her way to get me a locker even though it was at the end of her shift. She waited for me to get to the facility and stayed over an hour past closing even though she had no obligation to do so. Extremely friendly and professional. Thank you so much for all your help.

He took the time to help me choose the right locker for my needs, and the whole process was quick and painless. The facility is very clean, and I love that they use an app for gate access (with a backup pin for convenience). Overall, a great experience—highly recommend!

I have been using this business to store my belongings for over a year now and could not ask for better. I never have a problem entering or exiting the facility. The employees are knowledgeable and have great customer service. The price is not that bad either compared to other places.

I used the Fremont storage space back many years ago with the owner-management Phil who was awesome. When I returned just a month ago, I am most delighted to find out it’s not just another corporate acquisition. Make Storhar makes this as personal as it was before — they had my file as a return customer — and added the vigour of professional storage management to the facility. Love it !!
