Make Space, storage units are safe, convenient and friendly. Location on Hartway Drive. The staff is absolutely helpful, caring and ever so polite. A care in this rough world can go along way. The Awesome and Good Hearted lady at Make Space storage is Thee Best Ever! She actually restored hope for a struggling customer.She has a heart of gold. I got a promo deal on 8 × 12 unit that stored my belongings, perfectly! (Not related to my storage unit, but I can't say anything nice about the two movers. Disappointed) Back to my review, I totally recommend Make Space storage units. Absolutely a great place to leave your belongings and not ever having to worrying about it. A painless and very friendly experience all around. Being able to open the front gate via a phone app was not only a welcome option, but it worked instantly and without any issues. The in-person service was prompt, professional, and accommodating in every way that customer service should be. The rental rates are competitively priced and the value received for two months rental fee up front is pleasantly surprising. There being a weekly payment option if I need to extend my time in the storage unit by less than a month is also a welcome option for me, being on a fairly tight budget.

We needed short term storage during a renovation -- Make Space Storage Cochrane was our go-to location. Great customer service, with patience answering all of our questions. The locker was clean and the prices very competitive (the best deal we could find in Cochrane and area). Access is convenient. Location is great. Overall - I recommend Make Space Cochrane!

Good customer care, great facility. The heat seems to be a bit low or perhaps I was there during a cold snap or during the heat's off-cycle. Not a huge concern. I'd rent again if I have a need in the future. Sean has been great with customer care. Thanks again!

A big rut in front of our spot made backing in the trailer a little bit of a challnge given that I am not an expert in backing up trailers but all is good now.
