This place is new and it shows in the best of ways. They want to make a good impression and their prices help with that, I came in for a 5x10 unit and they didn't try to upsell me. I ended up wanting a 10x10 and was surprised when the price was the same as most places are charging for a 5x10! The only downside is right now their gate hours are only when they have someone in, but they're waiting on an automated gate to be installed so for now they're willing to pop in outside of hours within reason.

From setting up the account to storing our items the experience was great. Staff are friendly and helpful, the unit was clean and we never had an issue loading or unloading our items. I would definitely use their service again. And I loved the drive up option, it made storing items very easy.

Make Space Storage is so convenient..The staff is so supportive and honestly they are so amazing and give you your privacy..They are always there for support over the phone but aren't always in your face to make you uncomfortable...I have never met them but I know they are there and that makes me feel safe and the gated community is also one of the best features ..The units all come with huge sliding garage doors and the bigger units also come with a door as well..We were able to fit and move around with a big moving truck for easy pickups and deliveries...I would recommend and I would come back..You guys are so great ♡

This is an impressive storage facility, A good variety of canisters in good shape too. I pcalled for directions, and Nadine, the manager actually came and picked me up. After we finished paperwork, she gave me a ride to the bus ring at McTavish. Practical efficient and compassionate, this place has a lot to offer. Good job!
