Very good service and a amazing storage unit as well I was very impressed with the size of the unit.

Polite and helpful young man at the reception counter, very knowledgeable and helpful when explaining the rules, access times, and alarm system . Also sold us, but with no pressure, a lock that was stronger than a regular padlock for our storage unit.

I’ve had a great experience with this storage unit, the prices are affordable and the unit was clean upon renting it. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this storage unit to anyone.

Nice people. Checking in/out was very easy and accommodating . The parking was easy with lots of room to manoeuvre. The price was vey competitive.100% recommend and I will return.

I found it very easy to book on line a 10x16 storage unit for the Brechin location. I received a couple of automated emails directing me how to complete the process, how to enter the automated gate (using the App), and the combination for the temporary lock that was on the unit. The process I feel would normally be seemless with no human interaction required. We had a small hiccup; the combination I was provided for the temporary lock was not correct. I phoned the number on the website and spoke with Kevin, who was very apologetic for the error and was able to get me in to the unit by providing me the correct combination over the phone. He was very courteous and customer focused. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
