Has all you need if you have a trailer

I found my storage unit at Make Space Storage to be very clean and well kept. The facility is also well kept and secure. It is conveniently located in Arnprior with easy access from highway 417. Tamara in the office was most helpful finding me a unit at the last moment. She is very pleasant to work with, is knowlodgeable about the business, and also runs a much-needed Christmas food drive. I would definitely recommend Make Space Storage and I will be a repeat customer.

Tanner in the office is great - he is very friendly & took his time to review our options to help us decide on the best fit for our storage unit for cost, security & access. The price is fair, the location is ideal & the unit was perfectly clean when we arrived. Overall we'd recommend Make Space & would use them again in future!

Decent place. They fix things if there's a problem, and explain it.

Nathan was very friendly , he gave me a great deal for the first two months on a 20 foot container.

I recently had a sea can delivered to my property. I had sent an email enquiry, and the office responded very quickly. I called on a Friday, and arranged to have the 20x8x8’ sea can delivered on the following Wednesday. The two fellows who delivered were very polite and very kind when I realized (as the sea can was being lowered off the truck and into position) that the position I had thought would be best, actually was not. They simply reloaded the sea can onto their truck and placed it in the new position. I felt badly, but was reassured that it was fine, no trouble. I was then given a primer on how to open and close the door, as well as use the specialized lock. I am thrilled to have all of my tools and equipment on site, safe and secure. The entire process was painless and very reasonably priced. The sea can was clean and in good repair. Overall, I am very impressed.

It’s clearly a customer oriented business. I have been fortunate enough to use and benefit from 50% off offers for periods of 3 months. My only concern is that if after 6 months, for some reason, I have an unforeseen event and need to extend my rental by 1 or 2 months, I won't be able to benefit from any kind of discount. The contact person at Make Space Storage is Jason, a professional in discussing and clarifying my needs and in proposing win-win cost scenarios.
