At the Shepard Location the manager is extremely friendly and very efficient. Lot surface has been up graded and the Container Storage that they have to rent is very good. We have a trailer stored and rented a 20' container for a short period. Couldn't be happier.

Loveleen was very friendly and made the process of getting a storage locker straightforward and easy. The facility is very clean and rates are on par or less than other facilities in the area. The building feels secure and the added help buttons in the locker make me feel more safe if I need to go alone.

A painless and very friendly experience all around. Being able to open the front gate via a phone app was not only a welcome option, but it worked instantly and without any issues. The in-person service was prompt, professional, and accommodating in every way that customer service should be. The rental rates are competitively priced and the value received for two months rental fee up front is pleasantly surprising. There being a weekly payment option if I need to extend my time in the storage unit by less than a month is also a welcome option for me, being on a fairly tight budget.
