Nothing but amazing things to say about this place, amazing communication skills, amazing staff especially Tamara, and prices are very reasonable! Was only with them for a couple of months but those couple of months showed me what an amazing company they are there! If I ever need storage in the future this will definitely be where I am going!

Our experience with MySpace self storage has been a very pleasant experience and the service from the employees had also been fantastic and some of the most positive of the group being Edd, Glen and Gizla being some of the best.

Christie is pretty easy going and chill. Hassle free and only ask to make sure if I know the guide line. When I had to price check it was recommend according it need and for making sure to check on correction of the box if it was the right one.

A nice clean facility. On site manager is friendly and very competent. I do think the gates don't need to stay open so long. I like to ensure the gate closes going in and out and it seems like an excessive amount of time.

It's a well, clean and easy, secure place for all your belongings, car, trailer, even your truck. The people are friendly and quick to answer any concerns. The new improve main gate operation via the app is beautiful to used and the hours of operation have been extended, bonus.

I want to thank Michelle for her wonderful service the other day. She has such a great attitude, and she always helps me out and tries to make any situation better for her members. I've always really liked this place because the team members in there are so nice and they all do such a terrific job. If anyone is looking for a great place in the Niagara area for storage.. I highly recommend Vaultra Storage, because Michelle and the othrr staff are fantastic people that actually care and look out for your best interests. Happy thanksgiving Michelle! This was my first experience with renting a storage unit, and the staff were very helpful with outlining the different options and how their payment structure works, as well as suggestions for best practices regarding how to organize your things within the unit to maintain ease of access for loading and unloading. In addition to taking time in-person with me to actually head to the unit to make that stuff clear, they also emailed relevant info so as to make clear payment dates etc. I personally interacted with Michelle, Jaime, and Eric, and beyond strictly the business matters, we all actually had a jovial time together. Regarding my use of the facilities, I almost always needed to stop by in the middle of the night, and being a 24-hour access facility (which most aren't) suited my needs perfectly. The facility is surrounded by barbed wire fences comprising a secure perimeter, and a code is required to get in and out, so it certainly is secure. I opted for one of the pods, and the bottom lip is low to the ground, so stuff need not be lifted high to get it inside. The pod doors swing open, and they have a securing mechanism to keep them open in place so that you can bring your vehicle right up close without worrying about them swinging across and making contact. All in all I'm thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Vaultra, and would recommend it to anyone in need of a storage facility, especially if round the clock access is important to them.
