Staff are incredible. Building is new and clean.

I love Rose and Launa working at Makes Space in Pender Harbour, they provide an outstanding service to their customers. I had been there for a number of years, and never had any issues. The units and containers are all very clean and I can only highly recommend Make Space. If I ever need storage again, I will be going to them. Thank you for all the great service!

5 star service was provided by on staff Kris today! Recently we’ve been looking for storage for our overstock business supplies and I was pleasantly surprised at the service and cost of Make Space storage, they were significantly less than the others we had looked at and as a small business thats a great help. Kris provided me fast and efficient answers about storage (as we have never used storage before). Over the past days since we’ve moved out things in we’ve notice Kris is always around checking on units with her dog by her side. This action provides comfort in knowing there is an extra layer of security and supervision in the observation. I would recommend both the storage facility as well as Kris as a front of the line staff.

The staff were great and very helpful. Answered my questions and even requoted for me when I needed to change my request. Would highly recommend.

The lady who helped us was exceptionally friendly and made the experience of renting our unit very nice I would recommend them to anybody looking for a storage the only problem I do have is the sweating that happens with the unit thus causing lost of moisture inside the unit so if u don’t have your stuff in sealed totes and cover with a tote u will definitely run the Rick of stuff getting wet and molding

Love the 24 HR automated access to my units and the drive in door really makes a difference in the ease of access to the units while keeping goods dry before being stored.

Rented my locker 10 mths ago and very happy with the facility. Great care is taken to ensure it is maintained and cleaned well. The staff is friendly and helpful with all my needs.
