I needed storage for a couple of months between houses. Austin & Kaitlyn were very helpful & pleasant people who went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable with the security & the cleanliness of the unit. Patrick, the manager at Make Space Storage, has been incredible since day one. He went above and beyond to support us through one of our hardest moves and made the whole process simple and stress-free. Even when we moved in on a day the office was closed, he made sure our unit was ready for us.
They even organized an event where storage renters could sell items, like a big garage sale — such an awesome touch! The facility itself is clean, secure, and super convenient with drive-up units that make unloading so much easier.

Fantastic experience with Make Space Grimsby!
The facility is super clean, secure, and easy to access. Patrick and the rest of staff were friendly and went out of their way to make the whole process smooth from start to finish. Booking and moving in were both simple, and the units are well-kept and climate-controlled. You can tell they really care about their customers and keeping the place in great shape. Highly recommend Make Space- Grimsby if you need short- or long-term storage — definitely the best option in the area!
