I have stored different travel trailers at this location in the same spot for the last 22 years, albeit under different ownership. A year ago I had a couple instances where someone had parked their trailer in my spot. Hemang was available and very professional in helping us get them resolved. This year I pulled my trailer out when I came back the grass in my spot was all cut down. Thank you! Hemang is always pleasant and courteous and always aims to please! Keep up the good work!

I had my storage unit here for almost 2 years and the experience was great. Making payments was super easy through their online portal, and they even text you the link when you first sign up. The staff and management are very accommodating and communicate well, so you always feel heard. The location is convenient, close to Memorial Avenue in Orillia, and the facility is open 24/7 with solid security. Overall, it’s a chill and reliable place to store your stuff.

Extremely easy to book on line. Just have to keep in mine that today's date is in green and the rest is black. Could not see the green, and did not realized the first day available was not the one in black. Facility manager, Austin helped me out and still got me in for that day. Storage area is easy to access, secure and very clean. I would use them again if needed

I've been using Make space storage for over a year now. The units are clean inside. I've been happy with the service. The weeds and the spider webs outside the units could be taken care of alot more. But other than that. No complaints. My stored items are safe and secure. I haven't had to worry. Thank you!
