5 star service was provided by on staff Kris today! Recently we’ve been looking for storage for our overstock business supplies and I was pleasantly surprised at the service and cost of Make Space storage, they were significantly less than the others we had looked at and as a small business thats a great help. Kris provided me fast and efficient answers about storage (as we have never used storage before). Over the past days since we’ve moved out things in we’ve notice Kris is always around checking on units with her dog by her side. This action provides comfort in knowing there is an extra layer of security and supervision in the observation. I would recommend both the storage facility as well as Kris as a front of the line staff.

I’ve had a large storage unit at Trenton SelfStorage for the past six years. We sold our home to travel, kept the most precious stuff and some furniture in storage until we moved back into another home. Our storage unit was perfect, clean, dry, no critters 😀. Susan was great to deal with over the years and made life easier for us where she could. I wound not hesitate to recommend Trenton Self Storage, it’s top rate.

I am very impressed with every aspect of this facility. The staff are amazing and the security is well appreciated. Indoor or outdoor, they can accommodate pretty much anything you would like to store. Conveniently located and very reasonable!

I'm pleased with my experience at Make Space Storage. They've implemented some thoughtful updates that have improved accessibility and made things more convenient overall. Accessing the gate is now much smoother, which is a welcome change. It's also reassuring to know there's an office nearby in case any issues arise;they've made it easy to get support if needed. We've been using this facility for about 29 years in the same location.

Had my storage unit here for years as an overflow for my work storage and have not had any issues myself. I think it’s a great location and no complaints here!

Awesome facility

I recently had a sea can delivered to my property. I had sent an email enquiry, and the office responded very quickly. I called on a Friday, and arranged to have the 20x8x8’ sea can delivered on the following Wednesday. The two fellows who delivered were very polite and very kind when I realized (as the sea can was being lowered off the truck and into position) that the position I had thought would be best, actually was not. They simply reloaded the sea can onto their truck and placed it in the new position. I felt badly, but was reassured that it was fine, no trouble. I was then given a primer on how to open and close the door, as well as use the specialized lock. I am thrilled to have all of my tools and equipment on site, safe and secure. The entire process was painless and very reasonably priced. The sea can was clean and in good repair. Overall, I am very impressed.

During a recent move we found ourselves in need of storage, and while searching for what would accommodate our needs most we found Make Space Storage. We were immediately met with exceptional care and professionalism by the facility manager, Nadine Hodgson. Moving can be very stressful so feeling supported by their team was very much appreciated. The added bonus of easy access to come and go from our storage unit gives me peace of mind knowing our homes treasures and contents are safe and secure.
