The move in was easy. The staff was accommodating and fast. The only problem was there was a container that blocked our access. I could still get to my storage unit but it took a little effort to back up the u-Haul to it. Other than that everything was great. I’m very happy.

Michele does an excellent job of keeping the facility running smoothly and efficiently. Her dedication and attention to detail are evident in the pristine condition of the storage units and the overall organization of the premises. What truly sets Michele apart is her exceptional customer service. She is always pleasant to deal with, combining professionalism with a friendly demeanor that makes interactions enjoyable. Michele goes above and beyond to ensure that all my storage needs are met promptly and efficiently. Her willingness to assist with any concerns and provide helpful solutions is genuinely appreciated.

Kept some stuff from my cottage here for a while. Lockers were clean, good prices, and got my second month for free. Would def use them again if needed.

As a realtor , this was the best way for my sellers to move , SOS where ahead of schedule , prompt , and great value Thanks GREG , you exceeded expectations ..Doug We expected them the day after the sake to place the bin , they called and said can we take it there now - we have had a delay from another customer - my sellers closed at 4 and bon was in place 1 hour away in 2 hours .. great job

Jason was awesome on the phone. The day before my move from Kelowna to Cochrane he was able to get me a unit which suited my needs with very little hassle. His instructions were clear and concise. Very cool guy.

My wife and I have rented units at both the Townline and Highway 7 Carleton Place locations and have been totally happy with the experience. We've dealt with Jackson for years. He's great! Very personable and helpful. Matt is also friendly and good to work with. The Townline location is THE place to get BBQ propane. Fast and friendly service. Thanks, Guys!!!!

I'm not sure why the service for Purolator is not advertised...It doesn't come up if you do a Google search 🤔 Regardless, the service is spot on.
