What type of storage units do you have?

We have many different size units: some are climate controlled and some are not, some have an interior hallway entrance, and some have roll-up garage doors, others are on-site containers.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

You will need a driver’s license or some form of ID.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No. Our storage units are rented on a 4-week (28 day) basis.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person at the office, by phone for credit cards or by clicking the 'Pay Bill' button at the top of the page and then selecting your Make Space Storage location.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Cheques, Visa, MC, Debit, PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit).

Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?

Yes, we do! Packing supplies, boxes, tape, and more can be purchased directly at our facilities. To learn more about our available items please contact your nearest Make Space Storage facility.

Are there any items I am not able to store?

We do not allow hazardous materials (gasoline, propane, etc.), firearms, perishable or edible items.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. Once you have been set up with an account you will be given a security code that will give you access to the facility 7 days a week during the posted gate hours.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

Yes, but only during office hours unless you have made prior arrangements.

Who has access to my storage unit?

You, and only you! You place your own lock on the unit and you keep the key!
