Notre histoire.

Notre histoire a commencé en 2004 avec un seul établissement d’entreposage libre-service à Pender Harbour, C.-B. afin d’offrir une solution d’entreposage sécurisée à la communauté locale. Avec la croissance de la demande, l’entreprise a fait son entrée sur le marché du conteneur d’expédition, pour finalement lancer Coast Storage and Containers en 2016. Grâce à sa croissance soutenue à l’échelle du Canada, la priorité a porté vers l’acquisition et l’amélioration des établissements d’entreposage libre-service, pour devenir un modèle d’affaires affiné et évolutif.

En 2017, la marque Make Space Storage est née, marquant le début d’un nouveau chapitre. S’appuyant sur des bases solides, l’entreprise a élargi son offre pour y inclure l’entreposage libre-service, l’entreposage mobile, l’entreposage de véhicules, et même plus. Aujourd’hui, Entreposage Make Space exploite plus de 55 établissements dans six provinces et est fier de servir à la fois les particuliers et les entreprises en proposant des solutions d’entreposage flexibles et innovantes.

UPDATE: This whole situation was a misunderstanding (someone else moved into the unit that I cancelled) and the place honestly took ownership, called me, trained new staff, and did what they had to do. I recommend this place if you are looking to support Canadian owned and operated businesses. I wanted use this service to support a Canadian owned and operated business but there were too many issues. I want to point out that the person working at the location seems to be a nice and helpful person. First issue, I got an email when I rented the unit online that the office is open until 5PM on Saturday. In reality, they closed at 1PM which was a big problem for me at the time since I could not get the key to unlock the unit. Second, I came in on Tuesday, October 6, to explain the situation and asked for a refund since I never got there key to unlock the unit and had to go with another service. The person working there assured me it'll be taken care of. I never got refunded and I was actually charged the next month. When I called them, they said that they do not see a move out date or any info about my request for a refund. I explained that I never got the keys to unlock the unit and asked them to cancel/refund a month ago in person. They said they'll look into it again. I get an email a few days later letting me know that the unit that I rented was full and I need move my stuff out? I explained that I never used the unit, never unlocked it or got my keys. I only got replies that I should move my stuff out and pay my due rent so I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Still waiting to see how this turns out.
