Our story began in 2004 with a single self-storage facility in Pender Harbour, BC, created to offer a secure storage solution for the local community. As demand grew, the business expanded into the shipping container market, eventually launching Coast Storage and Containers in 2016. I recently returned to this location after a disappointing experience in the past, and I am so glad I gave it another chance. The last time I visited, there was a front-desk employee named Ed who was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even made snide remarks. His attitude alone was enough to make me look elsewhere.
This time, however, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Elsa, and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to make sure everything was clear, comfortable, and convenient. Her professionalism and friendliness completely changed my impression of the place.
If anyone had a bad experience in the past, I can honestly say things have improved. Elsa is outstanding, and because of her, I would definitely recommend renting here. She turned what could have been another stressful visit into a smooth, positive experience. Highly appreciated!
