We've been using Make Space Storage since before when it was called Kanga storage. The staff have always been great and the facility has always been clean and feels secure. We have one of the large units that's always been accessible even in winter.

In my humble opinion, Make Space Storage in Grimsby is the best storage facility in the Niagara area. Customer service at its best! Maria and Patrick are friendly, patient, understanding, kind, they go above and beyond to ensure customer concerns are resolved quickly, always with a smile and a calm and friendly manner. Units are very clean and the entire facility is well maintained, and easily accessible. Definitely five stars!

Excellent Customer Service & Reliable Outdoor RV Storage I have stored my RV with Make It Space Storage for two years now, utilizing their outdoor storage facility, and overall, I'm very happy with my experience. The facility itself is reliable and secure for long-term storage. However, I did run into a recurring issue with my billing: almost every month, my fee was incorrect, usually due to a problem applying my original discount. This could have been incredibly frustrating, but thankfully, their manager Eddie consistently handled the situation. Eddie was always prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Every time I emailed, he quickly resolved the error and ensured the proper rate was applied. The true test of their customer service came from the fact that they never once questioned or removed my original, long-term discount. They are honoring that price for the entire length of my time with Make it Space Storage which demonstrates fantastic commitment to their customers. Despite the minor billing hiccups, the fact that it was always fixed promptly, and the management honoring my original agreement, is what earns them five stars. That is great customer service!

Great staff. Always there to help, and when we found out our unit was a pull through and we only had 1 lock, they let us use one of their til I could get back to lock it up.
