Great experience thus far. Dealings over email and the phone were professional and timely. I was able to get the size of container I wanted and have it delivered on the day I wanted. The driver who made the delivery was excellent. He called and gave me 15min notice and was very careful and thoughtful when placing the container in my driveway. Once he leveled it, he realized the wooden blocks were sticking out too far, which wouldn't allow me to drive my vehicle past the container, so he lifted it up again and repositioned them so I wouldn't have any issues. So far, I'm very happy with the service and the container is serving its purpose of temporary storage. No issues with water leaks or anything.

Both Greg and James have been great to work with. We originally had a 20ft container and they were very accommodating as we kept changing the delivery date. After we got the container at the Makespace facility, we needed to upgrade our container to a 40ft. Again both Greg and James worked with us and made that upgrade process very painless. A big rut in front of our spot made backing in the trailer a little bit of a challnge given that I am not an expert in backing up trailers but all is good now. I needed storage for a short time only and I received excellent service. Also the price was very reasonable. I do recomend this Place

Chad was amazing! We called Make-Space on a Saturday afternoon *half an hour b4 closing, and he never even flinched. He provided us with everything we needed to secure a unit without even setting foot on the property. He even put the padlock inside the unit for us when we came after hours. The follow-up was amazing too! Left me his personal cell number and told us to call him if there were any problems with the move-in!
Now that's what I call fantastic customer service ** in a world that appears to have lost it's meaning. I highly recommend you give Chad a call and see for yourself................you won't be disappointed.
