Both Greg and James have been great to work with. We originally had a 20ft container and they were very accommodating as we kept changing the delivery date. After we got the container at the Makespace facility, we needed to upgrade our container to a 40ft. Again both Greg and James worked with us and made that upgrade process very painless. We rented our storage unit for about 8 months while our home was being built, getting everything set up was such an easy process!
We communicated with Greg mostly who was always so friendly and made every interaction an absolute delight!
We first started out with a smaller unit because our expectations of just how much stuff we owned was very unrealistic, one quick call to Greg and we were moved into a more size appropriate unit only days later!
We never had any issues with our unit, and felt more than confident about the overall security and wellbeing of our belongings ❤️
