Chad was amazing! We called Make-Space on a Saturday afternoon *half an hour b4 closing, and he never even flinched. He provided us with everything we needed to secure a unit without even setting foot on the property. He even put the padlock inside the unit for us when we came after hours. The follow-up was amazing too! Left me his personal cell number and told us to call him if there were any problems with the move-in! Now that's what I call fantastic customer service ** in a world that appears to have lost it's meaning. I highly recommend you give Chad a call and see for yourself................you won't be disappointed.

I was able to get a 40ft container for 2 months at the cost of 1 month, which was perfect as I only needed it for 5 weeks. I did have some issues on Move In Day because it was a federal holiday and I didn’t know where my container was located. I was able to get a hold of a CS in Ontario who got me in touch with the District Manager who guided me and worked with me to find the container. I’m very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to consider them again.
