We rented our storage unit for about 8 months while our home was being built, getting everything set up was such an easy process!
We communicated with Greg mostly who was always so friendly and made every interaction an absolute delight!
We first started out with a smaller unit because our expectations of just how much stuff we owned was very unrealistic, one quick call to Greg and we were moved into a more size appropriate unit only days later!
We never had any issues with our unit, and felt more than confident about the overall security and wellbeing of our belongings ❤️
Will definitely use again if needed in the future and highly recommend!

Chad was amazing! We called Make-Space on a Saturday afternoon *half an hour b4 closing, and he never even flinched. He provided us with everything we needed to secure a unit without even setting foot on the property. He even put the padlock inside the unit for us when we came after hours. The follow-up was amazing too! Left me his personal cell number and told us to call him if there were any problems with the move-in!
Now that's what I call fantastic customer service ** in a world that appears to have lost it's meaning. Upon leaving make space storage due to relocating to opposite sides of the city they where nothing but understanding and accommodating to us moving out .I highly recommend you give Andrew a call and see for yourself................you won't be disappointed.

Moving can be chaotic but using the on-site storage container suggested by Greg and James was a game changer for our family.
The entire experience was positive and we will definitely use this company for our future move. We are in an in between situation at this time.
We had the container at the house we sold, moved it to our new property and kept it for 7 months. It was picked up the first week of May of 2023. The container delivery driver Emeer is also great, very helpful too.
