Chad was amazing! We called Make-Space on a Saturday afternoon *half an hour b4 closing, and he never even flinched. He provided us with everything we needed to secure a unit without even setting foot on the property. He even put the padlock inside the unit for us when we came after hours. The follow-up was amazing too! Left me his personal cell number and told us to call him if there were any problems with the move-in!
Now that's what I call fantastic customer service ** in a world that appears to have lost it's meaning. I highly recommend you give Chad a call and see for yourself................you won't be disappointed.
