Great experience thus far. Dealings over email and the phone were professional and timely. I was able to get the size of container I wanted and have it delivered on the day I wanted. The driver who made the delivery was excellent. He called and gave me 15min notice and was very careful and thoughtful when placing the container in my driveway. Once he leveled it, he realized the wooden blocks were sticking out too far, which wouldn't allow me to drive my vehicle past the container, so he lifted it up again and repositioned them so I wouldn't have any issues. So far, I'm very happy with the service and the container is serving its purpose of temporary storage. No issues with water leaks or anything.

Chad was amazing! We called Make-Space on a Saturday afternoon *half an hour b4 closing, and he never even flinched. He provided us with everything we needed to secure a unit without even setting foot on the property. He even put the padlock inside the unit for us when we came after hours. The follow-up was amazing too! Left me his personal cell number and told us to call him if there were any problems with the move-in!
Now that's what I call fantastic customer service ** in a world that appears to have lost it's meaning. Upon leaving make space storage due to relocating to opposite sides of the city they where nothing but understanding and accommodating to us moving out .I highly recommend you give Andrew a call and see for yourself................you won't be disappointed.

We rented our storage unit for about 8 months while our home was being built, getting everything set up was such an easy process!
We communicated with Greg mostly who was always so friendly and made every interaction an absolute delight!
We first started out with a smaller unit because our expectations of just how much stuff we owned was very unrealistic, one quick call to Greg and we were moved into a more size appropriate unit only days later!
We never had any issues with our unit, and felt more than confident about the overall security and wellbeing of our belongings ❤️
Will definitely use again if needed in the future and highly recommend!
