Chad was amazing! We called Make-Space on a Saturday afternoon *half an hour b4 closing, and he never even flinched. He provided us with everything we needed to secure a unit without even setting foot on the property. He even put the padlock inside the unit for us when we came after hours. The follow-up was amazing too! Left me his personal cell number and told us to call him if there were any problems with the move-in!
Now that's what I call fantastic customer service ** in a world that appears to have lost it's meaning. Upon leaving make space storage due to relocating to opposite sides of the city they where nothing but understanding and accommodating to us moving out .I highly recommend you give Andrew a call and see for yourself................you won't be disappointed.

I have had a storage unit here for going on 5 years. The staff have been incredible to deal with. The cost of the unit is very affordable in comparison to other places. The sea container I chose to rent was practically brand new when I got it and was meticulously clean inside. Never had a issue with rodents.
