I inquired about a space here. Which was immediately followed up by Jason who gave us a great deal and an amazing spot.. It was a little tricky to get a long trailer in so after a while, I inquired if there was a bigger spot Jason went above and beyond to appraise our needs.. it’s people like Jason and his excellent customer facing skills, his politeness and his willing to go above and beyond that will make this place a huge success. Very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and straight forward from signing agreement, credit card payments process, breakdown of the 8 weeks rental, office hours, access hours to generating and getting the access code code. So much confidence on the whole process. Then right after I've done with her, she emailed all what I need to have ( agreement and receipt for 1st payment ).
