Customer Service was impeccable! As long term customers, any payment issues (from a rare late fee, accidental overlock, etc.) were always resolved smoothly, professionally and kindly. I recently finished a unit rental at the Cameron location. The pricing, security and accessibility of my unit was great. I cannot rave enough about the wonderful customer service my partner and I received from Ed. Every roadblock I had stumbled upon during my time there, he worked with me to figure things out and made the entirety of my experience stress-free. We all have our stressors and daily challenges, but excellent customer service can really turn your day around. He did that with every interaction we had and I am greatly appreciative of that.

UPDATE: This whole situation was a misunderstanding (someone else moved into the unit that I cancelled) and the place honestly took ownership, called me, trained new staff, and did what they had to do. I recommend this place if you are looking to support Canadian owned and operated businesses.
I wanted use this service to support a Canadian owned and operated business but there were too many issues.
I want to point out that the person working at the location seems to be a nice and helpful person.
First issue, I got an email when I rented the unit online that the office is open until 5PM on Saturday. In reality, they closed at 1PM which was a big problem for me at the time since I could not get the key to unlock the unit.
Second, I came in on Tuesday, October 6, to explain the situation and asked for a refund since I never got there key to unlock the unit and had to go with another service. The person working there assured me it'll be taken care of.
I never got refunded and I was actually charged the next month. When I called them, they said that they do not see a move out date or any info about my request for a refund. I explained that I never got the keys to unlock the unit and asked them to cancel/refund a month ago in person. They said they'll look into it again. I get an email a few days later letting me know that the unit that I rented was full and I need move my stuff out? I explained that I never used the unit, never unlocked it or got my keys. I only got replies that I should move my stuff out and pay my due rent so I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Still waiting to see how this turns out.
