UPDATE: This whole situation was a misunderstanding (someone else moved into the unit that I cancelled) and the place honestly took ownership, called me, trained new staff, and did what they had to do. I recommend this place if you are looking to support Canadian owned and operated businesses. I wanted use this service to support a Canadian owned and operated business but there were too many issues. I want to point out that the person working at the location seems to be a nice and helpful person. First issue, I got an email when I rented the unit online that the office is open until 5PM on Saturday. In reality, they closed at 1PM which was a big problem for me at the time since I could not get the key to unlock the unit. Second, I came in on Tuesday, October 6, to explain the situation and asked for a refund since I never got there key to unlock the unit and had to go with another service. The person working there assured me it'll be taken care of. I never got refunded and I was actually charged the next month. When I called them, they said that they do not see a move out date or any info about my request for a refund. I explained that I never got the keys to unlock the unit and asked them to cancel/refund a month ago in person. They said they'll look into it again. I get an email a few days later letting me know that the unit that I rented was full and I need move my stuff out? I explained that I never used the unit, never unlocked it or got my keys. I only got replies that I should move my stuff out and pay my due rent so I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Still waiting to see how this turns out.

This place is run by the nicest managers, they give you their best deal. The place is clean and neat very well maintained. I once called them on the weekend left a voicemail and they called me back within minutes, you can’t ask for a better service!

Great staff,clean units and decent prices. They upgraded me from a 5x5 to a 5x10 for the same price. I reccomend them.

Our experience with MySpace self storage has been a very pleasant experience and the service from the employees had also been fantastic and some of the most positive of the group being Edd, Glen and Gizla being some of the best.

The young lady at the front desk is very polite and kind. She will make sure you get the right size locker. The lockers are a good price very affordable, well kept and clean . I will return when needed. Great job! 😊
