If I could give them 10 stars I would! David (manager) is AMAZING! So understanding and willing to work with you. Units and grounds are nice and tidy. I won't use any other storage facility. Definitely worth the extra drive from Nanaimo!

I absolutely can not express enough thanks for the level of accommodation and customer service I have received from Ron and Stephanie in Blackfalds. They are a breath of fresh air in a world where customer service is really sub par. The compound is exceptionally well taken care of, clean and safe. They helped me solve a power issue that they could have simply just told me sorry we cant help you, and they did it in a way that was fair to all. Thank you for looking out for your clients and going over and above for me. I am very thankful. Like, I dont think they even realize how thankful I am! Its not everyday you come across a business run this way anymore and I hope it never changes.

I truly lucked out finding this storage facility during a Google search. From the very beginning, Hemang was absolutely outstanding. The level of customer service he provides goes far above and beyond anything I expected.
He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and his follow-up alone made me want to do business with him. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way he does.
The facility itself is fantastic — the units are easy to access, the hours are very convenient, and the app makes managing everything simple and seamless. On top of that, the pricing is phenomenal.
Overall, this has been an excellent experience. I’m so grateful I found this place and I will absolutely be recommending it to anyone I know who is looking for storage. Thank you again, Hemang!
