She went out of her way to make sure everything was clear, comfortable, and convenient. Her professionalism and friendliness completely changed my impression of the place. If anyone had a bad experience in the past, I can honestly say things have improved. Elsa is outstanding, and because of her, I would definitely recommend renting here. I recently finished a unit rental at the Cameron location. The pricing, security and accessibility of my unit was great. I cannot rave enough about the wonderful customer service my partner and I received from Ed. Every roadblock I had stumbled upon during my time there, he worked with me to figure things out and made the entirety of my experience stress-free. We all have our stressors and daily challenges, but excellent customer service can really turn your day around. He did that with every interaction we had and I am greatly appreciative of that. Thank you so much for always ensuring I have a great experience Ed! Will absolutely be recommending Make Space to others who are seeking storage.
