Brechin
The super at the storage units in Brechin was very friendly and helpful. The company has many good telephone reps that are very polite and helpful. My unit is D09. I like how close my init is to where I am staying.
GOOD COMPANY to do bussines with.

The storage facility is clean and well maintained. The manager Christopher was very helpful today and stayed after hours to help me out. He went above and beyond.
Great facility.

Chad was amazing! We called Make-Space on a Saturday afternoon *half an hour b4 closing, and he never even flinched. He provided us with everything we needed to secure a unit without even setting foot on the property. He even put the padlock inside the unit for us when we came after hours. The follow-up was amazing too! Left me his personal cell number and told us to call him if there were any problems with the move-in!
Now that's what I call fantastic customer service ** in a world that appears to have lost it's meaning. I highly recommend you give Chad a call and see for yourself................you won't be disappointed.

The manager contacted me well ahead of the booking date. They went over clear instructions. Multiple payment options were discussed. Access to the locked yard and unit was easy. The only piece of info that I wasn't aware of was the storage unit required 2 locks and I had only brought 1.

We used a storage locker for a few months while we were staging our house to sell. It was incredibly easy to get a unit online and accessing the unit was convenient. The hours for access were awesome and the storage unit itself felt very secure. Would highly recommend to others for your storage needs!

I have had a storage unit on Roberts St in Grimsby for a few months... Don was always helpful and professional. Easy access 24/7! The only reason I am taking my things out of storage is financial reasons....unemployed 11 months due to Covid-19. I have also used UHaul services at this location. I was pleased with the service and if ever I am need again I will be in touch!
