I recently finished a unit rental at the Cameron location. The pricing, security and accessibility of my unit was great. I cannot rave enough about the wonderful customer service my partner and I received from Ed. Every roadblock I had stumbled upon during my time there, he worked with me to figure things out and made the entirety of my experience stress-free. We all have our stressors and daily challenges, but excellent customer service can really turn your day around. He did that with every interaction we had and I am greatly appreciative of that. Customer Service was impeccable! As long term customers, any payment issues (from a rare late fee, accidental overlock, etc.) were always resolved smoothly, professionally and kindly. The grounds are 24/7 accessible, safe, clean and secure. I would definitely recommend and use Make Space Storage for any future storage needs. Thanks to everyone that works there. Great experience!

Sadly yo say that I have not moved anything as yet . My life is a bit more complicated than most . Hopefully by this coming weekend I will have used my storage place

The last time I visited, there was a front-desk employee named Ed who was extremely unprofessional, rude, and even made snide remarks. His attitude alone was enough to make me look elsewhere. This time, however, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Elsa, and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to make sure everything was clear, comfortable, and convenient. Her professionalism and friendliness completely changed my impression of the place. If anyone had a bad experience in the past, I can honestly say things have improved. Elsa is outstanding, and because of her, I would definitely recommend renting here.
