This time, however, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Elsa, and she was an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went out of her way to make sure everything was clear, comfortable, and convenient. Her professionalism and friendliness completely changed my impression of the place. If anyone had a bad experience in the past, I can honestly say things have improved. Elsa is outstanding, and because of her, I would definitely recommend renting here. I recently finished a unit rental at the Cameron location. The pricing, security and accessibility of my unit was great. I cannot rave enough about the wonderful customer service my partner and I received from Ed. Every roadblock I had stumbled upon during my time there, he worked with me to figure things out and made the entirety of my experience stress-free. We all have our stressors and daily challenges, but excellent customer service can really turn your day around. He did that with every interaction we had and I am greatly appreciative of that. Toni was our helper and she was very kind she even offered me a bottle of water. She also helped me with a new unit. Got much more room with the 10x15.
