I can’t say enough good things about this place. We were looking for a place to store some estate items and I came upon this place. I’m not from the area.
These folks have been so helpful, from the simple things like packing supplies needed to pack up the house, including boxes and tape, to the storage units themselves: they’re super clean and I’ve noticed things like pest control in the area, which I appreciated.
But even better than that, the folks that I’ve dealt with have been absolutely amazing and just so helpful.
If you need storage in the area, I highly recommend visiting and chatting with these folks to figure out what will best suit your needs. They’re just absolutely kind and wonderful people and it’s been a pleasure to deal with them while we’re dealing with some hard things.

I rented a bay previously to store supplies for my growing business. The rent was competitive and fair. There was a light inside the storage unit making it easy to see what is stored. The place is a secured yard but still has easy access for those renting. It’s location made it convenient to swing by off the highway or from downtown Innisfail.
I’m so happy to have used them for the first couple years while growing and finding customers.
Will use again when I need some extra space.

Very convenient being able to do everything online whereas with other storage facilities you need to make it to their office before close or you're out of luck. The gate code app was very nice too, being able to open the gate from your phone was an unexpected luxury. The facility was clean and orderly, my unit suited me perfectly, had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely return here whenever I have need of a storage unit.

We moved two trailers into Make Space. We first booked the storage by phone and the lady on the phone was courteous and helpful. When we arrived at the office we were greeted by Tim who was friendly and knowledgeable insuring they the rental rate on each of the parking spots was suited to our different requirements. The parking spaces were flat and easily accessible.
