This place is new and it shows in the best of ways. They want to make a good impression and their prices help with that, I came in for a 5x10 unit and they didn't try to upsell me. I ended up wanting a 10x10 and was surprised when the price was the same as most places are charging for a 5x10!
The only downside is right now their gate hours are only when they have someone in, but they're waiting on an automated gate to be installed so for now they're willing to pop in outside of hours within reason.

That's really helped juring winter when I was stuck with no where to park it , after my other storage unit closed for business. Also a simple mistake was made as billing falls every 28 days
I thought it was the same date every month, my mistake. But they seem my error and allowed no late charges and fixed the outstanding balance free of charge .

I rented a bay previously to store supplies for my growing business. The rent was competitive and fair. There was a light inside the storage unit making it easy to see what is stored. The place is a secured yard but still has easy access for those renting. It’s location made it convenient to swing by off the highway or from downtown Innisfail.
I’m so happy to have used them for the first couple years while growing and finding customers.
Will use again when I need some extra space.

I've been using Innisfail storage for over two years now and have never had a problem with service. It's a very secured site with cameras at the gate. Compared to other storage facilities, Innisfail storage is very reasonable priced and they do have automatic payment withdrawal which is convenient for me.
