They where nice and they where helpful and had no problems getting my unit

This storage facility is great-it is new, clean, well organized, safe and secure. We were very happy to find a long term storage space here for our travel trailer, conveniently close to where we live. We greatly appreciated the friendly advice and accomodation from Jason in arranging a paved site for us that meets all of our needs. We feel more than comfortable keeping our travel trailer stored in such a professionally run, high quality facility. We highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for top notch, safe and secure travel trailer or RV storage in the Cochrane area.

Excellent Customer Service & Reliable Outdoor RV Storage I have stored my RV with Make It Space Storage for two years now, utilizing their outdoor storage facility, and overall, I'm very happy with my experience. The facility itself is reliable and secure for long-term storage. However, I did run into a recurring issue with my billing: almost every month, my fee was incorrect, usually due to a problem applying my original discount. This could have been incredibly frustrating, but thankfully, their manager Eddie consistently handled the situation. Eddie was always prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Every time I emailed, he quickly resolved the error and ensured the proper rate was applied. The true test of their customer service came from the fact that they never once questioned or removed my original, long-term discount. They are honoring that price for the entire length of my time with Make it Space Storage which demonstrates fantastic commitment to their customers. Despite the minor billing hiccups, the fact that it was always fixed promptly, and the management honoring my original agreement, is what earns them five stars. That is great customer service!

That place is the best place ever very very good customer service Trevor was very nice and welcoming. I had a unit 127G .but auhgnistly i will totally come back there again and take a unit .I will rate trevor and the storrage 10/10 .I recommend every one to go there very clean .and very safe place .thank you trevor again for your service and welcoming me
