Chad was amazing! We called Make-Space on a Saturday afternoon *half an hour b4 closing, and he never even flinched. He provided us with everything we needed to secure a unit without even setting foot on the property. He even put the padlock inside the unit for us when we came after hours. The follow-up was amazing too! Left me his personal cell number and told us to call him if there were any problems with the move-in!
Now that's what I call fantastic customer service ** in a world that appears to have lost it's meaning. I highly recommend you give Chad a call and see for yourself................you won't be disappointed.

We've used make space storage multiple times to store our boat. Greg and James are the best!! They help us out a lot, even hooked us up with storage when I called them last minute. Those two are gems real rubies.
The facilities have good security and I don't have to worry about break ins like other storage facilities in city.
Great location! Not far out of the city and there is a Tim's right across the street.
I would recommend and will be storing the boat with them next winter.

We rented our storage unit for about 8 months while our home was being built, getting everything set up was such an easy process!
We communicated with Greg mostly who was always so friendly and made every interaction an absolute delight!
We first started out with a smaller unit because our expectations of just how much stuff we owned was very unrealistic, one quick call to Greg and we were moved into a more size appropriate unit only days later!
We never had any issues with our unit, and felt more than confident about the overall security and wellbeing of our belongings ❤️
Will definitely use again if needed in the future and highly recommend!
