Rented a 18 foot storage unit for storing furniture during renovations in my driveway. Drop off and Pick up was as promised. The only issue is that the rental period after the initial 4 weeks needs to be charged on a prorated basis and the money should be refunded for unused weeks and not for an entire 4 week period

Quite funny really , first , I had been given the proper directions to my unit , but thought I was wrong so went back and was shown on a map ..10/10 perfect . Then got to the unit and opened it up to find a bunch of furniture in it , no lock , called to the front and had another unit assigned asap ! So I was happy . I only wish there was an after hours phone number that would be available and not an answering machine . This happened right at 12 noon on Sat . I would have been screwed if I had been any later ! So 0/10 on the after hours
